المستخلص: يعتبر النموذج الأوروبي للتميز التنظيمي مفهوم إداري حديث وحيوي أصبح محط أنظار واهتمام العديد من المنظمات الحريصة على تحقيق أهدافها؛ لذلك أصبح من الضروري تحليل الواقع من أجل استثمار مصادر القوة فيه، ومعالجة نقاط الضعف وصولا إلى تحقيق التميز المطلوب. وتتمثل مشكلة الدراسة في التساؤل الرئيس: ما تأثير تطبيق أبعاد التمكين في نموذج التميز الأوروبي على تحسين اللوجستيات بشركات الأغذية؟ ويتمثل الهدف الرئيس للدراسة في تحديد طبيعة العلاقة بين أبعاد التمكين (القيادة، الموارد البشرية، الاستراتيجيات والسياسات، الموارد والممتلكات، العمليات) في نموذج التميز الأوروبي على تحسين اللوجستيات بشركات الأغذية. واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ومن نتائج الدراسة ما يلي: - يوجد تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية لعناصر الممكنات في نموذج التميز الأوروبي في تحسين اللوجستيات بالشركات العاملة في قطاع الصناعات الغذائية. - ان اتجاهات العينة كان إيجابيا تجاه توفر عناصر ممكنات نموذج الأوروبي للتميز التنظيمي، وتجاه كفاءة ممارسة الأنشطة اللوجستية بالشركات محل الدراسة. وقد أوصت الدراسة ببعض التوصيات منها: - ضرورة أن تتضمن ممارسات القيادات وجود رؤية واضحة بشأن تحقيق التميز التنظيمي، وإدماج مفاهيم إدارة اللوجستيات في صلب استراتيجيات الشركات. - ضرورة إتباع المنهجية العلمية في ممارسات العمليات اللوجستية والتحول من الأسس التقليدية في تلك الممارسات إلى استخدام الممارسات اللوجستية.

The European model of organizational excellence is a modern and dynamic management concept that has become the focus of attention and interest of many organizations keen to achieve their goals; Therefore, it has become necessary to analyze the reality in order to invest the sources of strength in it, and to address the weaknesses in order to achieve the required distinction. The problem of the study is represented in the main question: What is the effect of applying the dimensions of empowerment in the European Excellence Model on improving the logistics of food companies? The main objective of the study is to determine the nature of the relationship between the dimensions of empowerment (leadership, human resources, strategies and policies, resources and property, operations) in the European Excellence Model on improving logistics in food companies. The research relied on the descriptive analytical method, and the results of the study are the following: -There is a statistically significant effect of the elements of the enablers in the European Excellence Model in improving the logistics of companies operating in the food industries sector. -The sample's trends were positive towards the availability of the enabling elements of the European model of organizational excellence, and towards the efficiency of carrying out logistical activities in the companies under study. The study made some recommendations, including: The necessity for leaders’ practices to include a clear vision on achieving organizational excellence, and integrating the concepts of logistics management into the core of corporate strategies. The necessity of following the scientific methodology in the practices of logistics operations and the shift from the traditional foundations in those practices to the use of logistical practices.
