|a هدف البحث الحالي للتعرف على أثر مهارة الربط بين الأفكار كأحد أدوات التفكير الإبداعي على تحسين أداء المفتشين الماليين بالمديرية المالية بمحافظة أسوان وتكونت عينة البحث من ١٦٨ مفتش مالي ولتحقيق ذلك تم استخدام قائمة الاستقصاء المغلقة، والاستعانة بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد تبين باستخدام الوسط الحسابي أن مهارة الربط بين الأفكار متوافرة في جميع فئات مجتمع الدراسة بدرجة جيدة وأنه توجد علاقة موجبة طردية قوية تم إثباتها باستخدام معامل الارتباط بيرسون ومعادلة الانحدار البسيط بين مهارة الربط بين الأفكار ومستوى أداء المفتش المالي الأمر الذي يتطلب معه تنظيم دورات تدريبية متخصصة وموجهه لرفع مستوى الأداء للمفتش المالي وإعطاء فرصة أكبر لأدوات التفكير الإبداعي لتحسين مستوى عملية الفحص المالي.
|b The aim of the current research is to identify the effect of the skill of linking ideas as one of the creative thinking tools on improving the performance of the financial inspectors at the Financial Directorate in Aswan Governorate. The research sample consisted of 168 financial inspectors. The arithmetic mean that the skill of linking ideas is available in all groups of the study community with a good degree and that there is a strong positive positive relationship that was proven using the Pearson correlation coefficient and the simple regression equation between the skill of linking ideas and the level of performance of the financial inspector, which requires with the organization of specialized training courses It is directed at raising the level of performance of the financial inspector and giving more opportunity to creative thinking tools to improve the level of the financial examination process.
