استهدف البحث تحديد الكفايات التكنولوجية اللازمة لمعلمي رياضة تنس الطاولة بالأولمبياد الخاص، وكذلك معرفة درجة امتلاكهم وممارستهم لها، وتحديد العلاقة بين درجة امتلاك معلمي رياضة تنس الطاولة بالأولمبياد الخاص للكفايات التكنولوجية ودرجة ممارستهم لها، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي باتباع الأسلوب المسحي لملائمته لطبيعة إجراءات البحت، واشتملت عينة البحث معلمي رياضة تنس الطاولة بالأولمبياد الخاص وبلغ إجمالي عينة البحث الأساسية (٢٥) معلم، وكانت من أدوات جمع البيانات استمارة استطلاع رأى الخبراء في أبعاد وعبارات قائمة الكفايات التكنولوجية لمعلمي رياضة تنس الطاولة بالأولمبياد الخاص، ومن أهم الأساليب الإحصائية المستخدمة (المتوسط الحسابي- الانحراف المعياري- النسبة المئوية- الدرجة المقدرة- معامل الارتباط- التكرارات والنسبة المئوية)، ومن أهم النتائج: وجود عدد (٢٤) كفاية تكنولوجية تعليمية يمتلكها معلمي رياضة تنس الطاولة بالأولمبياد الخاص بدرجة عالية، (١٢) كفاية تكنولوجية بدرجة متوسطة، و(٤) كفايات بدرجة ضعيفة وذلك من أصل (٤٠) كفاية، وجود عدد (١٨) كفاية يمارسها معلمي رياضة تنس الطاولة بالأولمبياد الخاص بدرجة عالية أو (١٢) كفاية بدرجه متوسطة، (١٠) بدرجة منخفضة من أصل (٤٠) كفاية، يوجد ارتباط دال إحصائيا عند مستوى 0.05 بين الدرجة الكلية لامتلاك معلمي رياضة تنس الطاولة بالأولمبياد الخاص للكفايات التكنولوجية التعليمية وممارستهم لها، وكانت أهم التوصيات: توفير البيئة التعليمية المناسبة التي تشجع معلمي رياضة تنس الطاولة على اكتساب وامتلاك الكفايات التكنولوجية التعليمية وممارستها ويكون متطلبا أساسيا من متطلبات الجودة داخل فروع الأولمبياد الخاص لجمهورية مصر العربية.
The research aimed to determine the technological competencies necessary for the Special Olympics table tennis teachers, as well as knowing the degree to which they possess and practice them, and to determine the relationship between the degree to which the Special Olympics table tennis teachers possess the technological competencies and the degree to which they practice them. The researcher used the descriptive approach following the survey method to suit the nature of the research procedures, and included The research sample is table tennis teachers at the Special Olympics. The total basic research sample was (25) teachers. One of the data collection tools was a survey form for experts’ opinions on the dimensions and phrases of the list of technological competencies for table tennis teachers at the Special Olympics. Among the most important statistical methods used are (arithmetic mean - deviation). Standard - percentage - estimated score - correlation coefficient - frequencies and percentage), and among the most important results: there are (24) educational technological competencies possessed by Special Olympics table tennis teachers to a high degree, (12) technological competencies to a moderate degree, and (4) Competencies with a weak degree, out of (40) competencies. There are (18) competencies practiced by table tennis teachers in the Special Olympics with a high degree, or (12) competencies with a moderate degree, and (10) with a low degree out of (40) competencies. There is a statistically significant relationship. At the level of 0.05 between the total score for the Special Olympics table tennis teachers’ possession of educational technological competencies and their practice of them, the most important recommendations were: Providing the appropriate educational environment that encourages table tennis teachers to acquire and possess educational technological competencies and practice them, and it is a basic requirement of quality within the Special Olympics branches.
