لما للتخريج من أهمية في استنباط الأحكام الفقهية والحاجة إليه في كل عصر مع ما يستجد فيه من مسائل، ولا يتحقق ذلك إلا بدراسة التخريج عند المتقدمين ومعرفة كيفية سيرهم فيه، جاء هذا البحث لدراسة التخريج عند الشافعية لبيان المقصود بالتخريج مع ذكر أمثلة على المسائل المخرجة في باب شروط الصلاة. وقد اشتملت هذه الدراسة على مقدمة، وتمهيد، ومبحثين، وخاتمة، أما المقدمة ففيها أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، وأهداف البحث، والدراسات السابقة، وحدود البحث، ومنهج البحث، ومخطط البحث. وأما التمهيد: ففي تعريف التخريج وشروط الصلاة. وأما المبحثان: فالمبحث الأول: حكم صلاة من علم بالنجاسة، ثم نسي فصلى، ثم تذكر، والمبحث الثاني: في حكم من صلى صلاتين بالاجتهاد إلى جهتين مختلفتين. وأما الخاتمة: فتضمنت أهم النتائج والتوصيات. وقد سار هذا البحث على دراسة للمسألة الفقهية المخرجة دراسة مقارنة بين المذاهب. وفي دراسة التخريج إظهار لطريقة أئمة الشافعية وبيان مسالكهم في تخريج المسائل الفقهية، والتمييز بين الأقوال المنصوصة للإمام والأقوال المخرجة في المذهب. وبيان أثر أئمة الشافعية واجتهادهم واهتمامهم بالتخريج وذلك لعدم وقوفهم على النصوص المنقولة عن الشافعي، بل بحثوا وألحقوا ما لم ينص عليه بما نص عليه. وقد خرجت هذه الدراسة ببيان الفرق بين أنواع التخريج، والمقصود بالقول المخرج عند الشافعية، والفرق بينه وبين الوجه. والتمييز بين الأقوال المنصوصة عن الإمام والأقوال المخرجة. وبيان حكم القول المخرج من حيث وجاهة تخريجه أو تضعيفه من قبل فقهاء المذهب، وذكر الفرق بين المسألة المخرجة والمخرج عليها، وإظهار أهمية ذلك في الترجيح بين الأقوال
To graduate is important in the development of jurisprudence and the need for it in every era with new issues. This is achieved only by studying it in applicants and knowing how to proceed in it. This research has come to study graduation at El Shafida to describe what is meant by it, citing examples of issues raised in the prayer conditions section. The study included an introduction, a prelude, researchers and a conclusion. The introduction included the importance of the topic, the reasons for its selection, the objectives of research, previous studies, the limits of research, its approach and blueprint.
