المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أثر البرامج الإثرائية الإلكترونية بصورتها الجديدة عن بُعد والتي حتمتها ظروف جائحة فيروس كورونا المستجد (كوفيد ١٩) على التنظيم الذاتي والدافعية للتعلم لدى الطلاب الموهوبين في المرحلة المتوسطة بمحافظة الأحساء، وفي سبيل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة، استخدم الباحث المنهج شبه التجريبي متمثلاً في تصميم المجموعة الواحدة، واعتمد على التقييم القبلي والبعدي لأفراد عينة الدراسة وعددهم (٢٨) طالب من الموهوبين بالمرحلة المتوسطة الملتحقين بالبرنامج الإثرائي الإلكتروني المنعقد في صيف العام 2020 م، كما استخدم مقياسي استراتيجيات التنظيم الذاتي ومقياس الدافعية للتعلم، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة من الطلاب الموهوبين في تنمية استراتيجيات التنظيم الذاتي لصالح القياس البعدي، وبالتالي أثر البرنامج الإثرائي الإلكتروني المقدم إيجابيا في تنمية استراتيجيات التنظيم الذاتي لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة، وكذلك وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة من الطلبة الموهوبين في زيادة الدافعية للتعلم لصالح القياس البعدي وبالتالي أثر البرنامج الإثرائي الإلكتروني المقدم إيجابيا في زيادة الدافعية للتعلم لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة من الطلاب الموهوبين، وفي ضوء النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها في هذه الدراسة، خرج الباحث ببعض التوصيات منها: إعداد برامج إثرائية مقننة للطلبة الموهوبين على مدار العام تقدم إلكترونيا (عن بُعد) تتبناها مؤسسة الملك عبد العزيز ورجاله لرعاية الموهوبين، وتفعيل الشراكات المجتمعية لتبني ورعاية البرامج الإثرائية إلكترونية للطلاب الموهوبين مع إمكانية التدريب المتقدم لمقُدميها.

The study aimed to reveal the impact of online enrichment programs in its new form from online, which was necessitated by the conditions of the emerging Corona virus (Covid 19) pandemic, on self-regulation and motivation for learning among gifted students in the intermediate stage in Al-Ahsa. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the semi-experimental approach. Represented in the design of one group, and relied on the pre- and post-evaluation of the study sample (28) gifted middle school students enrolled in the on line enrichment program held in the summer of 2020 AD, and the two measures of self-regulatory strategies and the measure of motivation to learn were used, and the results of the study showed that there were significant differences Statistically significant in the averages of the responses of the gifted students in the study sample in developing self-regulation strategies in favor of the post-measurement, and thus the impact of the on line enrichment program presented positively in the development of self-regulatory strategies among the study sample, as well as the presence of statistically significant differences in the averages of the responses of the study sample from Gifted students in increasing the motivation to learn in favor of the measurement After my dimension, and therefore the impact of the on line enrichment program presented positively in increasing the motivation to learn among the members of the study sample of gifted students, and in the light of the results reached in this study, the researcher came out with some recommendations, including: Preparing standardized enrichment programs for gifted students throughout the year that are presented on line (by After) is adopted by the King Abdul Aziz and His Companions Foundation for the Care of the Gifted, and activating community partnerships to adopt and sponsor on line enrichment programs for gifted students with the possibility of advanced training for its presenters.
