المستخلص: Constitution rules are consider positive legal rulea, so constitutions must keep pace with the new developments in life in order to regulate relations in the society they govern, this means that the constitutional rules are not characterized by eternity. Rather, they are a law that has been enacted to regulate relation between state authorities. It may last for a long period or end a short period. The unusual style of the end of constitutions is considered an unnatural was to end constitutional rules, because it is a method that is characterized by the availability of an element of surprise, and it includes the meaning of force or violence in ending constitutions. Therefore, constitutions my not usually provide for that method as legitimate means of ending it. In this study, we will try to shed light on that unusual method of the end of constitutions, defining its meaning, the extent of its legitimacy, its means, and the impact of those means on the legal system of the state.
