|a تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع التعليم عن بعد (الافتراضي)، ضمن سياق ما يعرف بالعولمة التعليمية، في ظل الظروف الاستثنائية التي يعيشها العالم جراء تفشي جائحة كوفيد- 19، لذا وجب على الدول وضع تدابير قابلة للتكيف ومتسقة تساهم في المحافظة على عجلة التنمية حذت الدولة الجزائرية كباقي دول المعمورة في محاولة ترشيد الطالب الجامعي للتعامل العقلاني والرشيد للتقنيات الحديثة، من حيث التواصل والتعاطي مع المعلومات والأبحاث، الحوار.. وغيرها، غير أن ذلك، لم يكن بالأمر سهل نظرا للتحديات الموضوعية والواقعية التي لا يمكن مجابهتها في وقت قصير، وفي ظل غياب استراتيجية استباقية مدروسة وفاعلة لحماية فرص التعلم وتحقيق جودته خلال هذه الفترة، خاصة على مستوى الطلبة الجامعيين باعتبارهم مقبلين على الحياة العملية، وهو حتما ما يأثر على مستوى الصالح العام.
