|a تتناول هذه الدراسة وصف هيكل الجهاز المركزي للتعبئة العامة والإحصاء وكيف يتم تجميع المعلومات الإحصائية من الجهات الحكومية المختلفة لإعداد الإحصائيات الثقافية السنوية في الجهاز المركزي للتعبئة العامة والإحصاء، كما تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على مدى حداثة الإحصاءات الثقافية وإحصائيات الكتب والمكتبات ومدى دقة هذه الإحصائيات، وأيضاً المشكلات التي تعترض الجهاز في جمع البيانات الإحصائية، ومشكلات إتاحة البيانات الإحصائية، وعرض بعض أنماط الإفادة من الإحصائيات التي يقدمها الجهاز المركزي للتعبئة العامة والإحصاء، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، ومن أساليبه أسلوب تحليل المحتوى وأسلوب البحث الميداني، وقد استخدم الباحث عدة أدوات في الموضوع وهي القراءة في أدب الموضوع، بيانات من الجهاز المركزي للتعبئة العامة والإحصاء إلى جانب بعض المقابلات شخصية مع بعض العاملين في الجهاز المركزي للتعبئة العامة والإحصاء.
|b This study describes the structure of the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics and how statistical information is collected from various government agencies to prepare annual cultural statistics in the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics. Problems encountered by the agency in collecting statistical data, problems in providing statistical data, and presenting some patterns of benefiting from statistics provided by the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics. The study used the descriptive approach, and one of its methods is the content analysis method and the field research method. The researcher used several tools in the subject, which is reading in the subject literature, data from the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics, as well as some personal interviews with some employees of the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics.
