هدفت هذه الدراسة إلي بناء وتقنين قائمة ممارسات تقوى عضو هيئة التدريس الجامعي مستنبطة من منهج التقوى في القرآن الكريم ويتحقق لها دلالات الصدق ا لثبات وفاعلية الفقرات. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف تم تحديد وتحليل آيات منهج التقوى في القرآن الكريم وفق ضوابط منهجية، ثم صُممت مضامينها في قائمة تم تجريبها في صورتها الأولية (58) فقرة على عينة استطلاعية تكونت من (18) عضو هيئة تدريس بجامعة جازان، وفى صورتها الأولية المعدلة (50) فقرة على عينة استطلاعية تكونت من (36) عضواً، ثم على عينة قصدية (50) عضواً، وعشوائية (207) عضواً، للتحقق من دلالات صدقها وثباتها وفاعلية فقراتها. تكونت القائمة في صورتها النهائية من (44) فقرة، وتراوحت قيم معاملات ارتباط الفقرة بالدرجة الكلية بين (0,25 – 0,74)، وقيم معاملات الارتباط بين المجالات (0,71 – 0,80)، وقيم معاملات الثبات بطريقة الإعادة للمجالات (0,76 – 0,80)، وبطريقة التجانس الداخلي وفقاً لطريقة التجزئة النصفية (0,79 – 0,86)، ووفقاً لطريقة إحصائيات الفقرة (0,78 – 0,86)، وقيم فاعلية الفقرات (0,29 – 0,78). وفى ضوء هذه الدلالات والمؤشرات فإنه يمكن اعتبار هذه القائمة متمتعة بالخصائص التي تؤهلها لقياس توافر ممارسات التقوى لدى عضو هيئة التدريس الجامعي.
The current study aIms at Structure and standardization a list of practices of University staff member’s piety that conceived of piety manner in the Holy Quran that have explored the evidences of validity and reliability and effectiveness of items. To achieve this objective, the researcher has identified the verses of piety manner in the Holy Quran, on the basis of the methodical general rules and then have been analyzed. Fittingly they have been designed in a list which was practiced in its primary form of (58) items, and amended form of(50) items Then it was applied to a surveyed sample of (18+36) staff members of Jazan University, and an intended sample of (50) staff members, as well as a random sample of(207) staff members. In order to investigate the functions of its validity and reliability and effectiveness of items, the list was drawn up in its final form of ( 44) items. The approximants of value of correlated factors of the item with the total rate hits between(0,25-0,74 ), and value of correlated factors between the range of(0,71-0,80), and value of reliability factor with the method of repeating ranges(0,76-O,80), as well as the internal homogenization on the basis of the half divisibility hits( 0,79-0,86), on the strength of the method of statistics of items hits( 0,78-0,86), and value of effectiveness of items hits(O,29-0,78). In the light of these evidence and indictors, we consider this list possesses the qualities, which enable it to measure availabilities of practices of piety amongst university staff member.
