المستخلص: هدف هذا البحث إلى تعرف مستوى المهارات الحاسوبية التي يمتلكها معلم الصم وتحديد درجة توظيف معلمي الصم مهارات التعليم الإلكترونية في تعليم طلبتهم، وتعرف على الفروق في تقديرات المعلمين لدرجة توظيف معلمي الصم مهارات التعليم الإلكتروني في تعليم طلبتهم وفق مجموعة متغيرات (المؤهل العلمي، وعدد سنوات الخبرة، والمرحلة التعليمية، وخضوع المعلم لدورات تدريبية تتعلق بتقانة التعليم). ويتألف مجتمع البحث من جميع معلمي الصم في معهد المعوقين سمعياً في محافظة دمشق للعام الدراسي (2021- 2022) البالغ عدهم (70)، وشملت عينة البحث (40) معلماً. وقد صممت الباحثة لتحقيق هدف البحث مقياساً مؤلفاً من (39) فقرة ذات تدرج ثلاثي، وبلغت قيمة المتوسط الحسابي لدرجة توظيف معلمي الطلاب الصم لمهارات التعليم الإلكتروني (2.08) وهو ضمن الدرجة المتوسطة. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة بين متوسط تقدير عينة البحث وفق متغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح الشهادة الأعلى، ووجود فروق وفق متغير الخضوع للدورات التدريبية لصالح المعلمين الذين خضعوا لها، وعدم وجود فروق في متوسط تقدير عينة البحث وفق متغير المرحلة التعليمية ومتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة. وكان أبرز المقترحات الحاجة الضرورية لتدريب معلمي الصم وتطوير مهاراتهم باستخدام الحاسوب، وتصميم الدروس الحاسوبية التفاعلية المناسبة للصم.

The current research aimed to determine the degree to which deaf teachers employ electronic learning skills in educating their students, and to identify the differences in teachers' estimates of the degree to which deaf teachers employ electronic learning skills in teaching their students according to a set of variables (scientific qualification, number of years of experience, educational stage, teacher subjection to training courses related to educational technology).The research community consists of all teachers of the deaf at the Institute for the Hearing Impaired in the governorate of Damascus for the academic year (2021-2022), numbering (70), and the research sample included (40) male and female teachers. To achieve the goal of the research, the researcher designed a scale consisting of (39) items with a triple gradation, and the arithmetic mean value of the degree of employment of teachers of deaf students in e-learning was (2.08), which is within the medium degree. The results also showed that there are significant differences between the average estimate of the research sample according to the educational qualification variable in favor of the higher certificate, and the presence of differences according to the variable undergoing training courses in favor of teachers who have undergone training courses, and the absence of differences in the average estimate of the research sample according to the variable of the educational stage and the variable number of years of experience. The most important proposals were the necessary need to train the deaf teacher, develop their skills using the computer, and design interactive computer lessons suitable for the deaf.
