|b The current research has presented new findings and indicators that are an addition to psychological literature related to the study of the role of psychologists. His role is to discover and develop talent at the theoretical level through the theoretical frameworks on which the role of specialists is based. At the imperial level, the proposed confirmed general analysis model of the structure of the special role scale was accepted, as confirmed by the match quality indicators, most of which were in their ideal range. One of the contributions of the current research is to develop a measure of the role of psychologists in the discovery and development of talent. It is characterized by relatively high stability, indicating the appropriateness of the scale as a means of measurement and the possibility of relying on it later for scientific research purposes.
