|a هدف البحث إلى تعرف متطلبات تفعيل أسس الإدارة الذاتية بمدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي في ضوء مدخل المنظمة المتعلمة، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، واعتمد البحث على الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، والتي طبقت على عينة بلغ قدرها (۸۰۱) من المديرين، والوكلاء، والمعلمين، والموجهين بمدارس التعليم الثانوي العام بمحافظة أسيوط. وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها ما يلي: جاءت درجة التوافر لإجمالي متطلبات تفعيل أسس الإدارة الذاتية بمدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي والتي منها مدارس التعليم الثانوي العام في ضوء مدخل المنظمة المتعلمة من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة للأداة ككل بدرجة توافر (ضعيفة) إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (١,٣٤)، بينما جاءت درجة الأهمية لإجمالي هذه المتطلبات من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة للأداة ككل بدرجة أهمية (كبيرة) إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (٢,٦٦). وقدم البحث تصورا مقترحا يمكن من خلاله تفعيل الإدارة الذاتية بمدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي في ضوء مدخل المنظمة المتعلمة.
|b The research aimed to identify the requirements for activating self-management in pre-university schools in the light of the learning organization approach. The research used the descriptive approach, and relied on a questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The questionnaire was applied on a sample of (801) principals, deputy principals, teachers, and mentors in public secondary schools in Assiut Governorate. The research resulted in a set of results, the most important of which are: - The degree of availability of the total requirements for activating self-management in pre-university schools, including general secondary schools, in light of the learning organization's approach, from the sample's point of view for the tool as a whole, was at a (weak) degree, as the arithmetic mean was (1.34), while the degree of importance for the total requirements for activating self-management in light of the entrance of the educated organization from the point of view of the sample for the tool as a whole was of (large) importance; The arithmetic mean was (2.66). - The research presented a proposed scenario through which self-management could be activated in pre-university schools in light of the learning organization's approach.
