المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن فاعلية استخدام استراتيجية التلعيب عبر منصة البلاك بورد في تنمية أساليب حل المشكلات التدريسية، والاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس، لدى الطالبات المعلمات بكلية التربية جامعة حائل، واستخدمت الباحثة في هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي لمسح الأدبيات والدراسات ذات العلاقة، وبناء أدوات الدراسة، والمنهج التجريبي ذا المجموعة الواحدة، مع قياس قبلي/ بعدي؛ للتحقق من فاعلية المتغير المستقل (أساليب التلعيب عبر منصة البلاك بورد) على المتغيرين التابعين: (أساليب حل المشكلات التدريسية، والاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس). وتمثلت أدوات البحث في اختبار مواقف لقياس أساليب حل المشكلات التدريسية، ومقياس الاتجاه نحو مهنة التدريس لدى الطالبات المعلمات بكلية التربية جامعة حائل، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في (22) طالبة من كلية التربية بجامعة حائل، قمن بدراسة مقرر (325 نهج) مشكلات في التدريس، مدعوم بعناصر التلعيب عبر منصة البلاك بورد بشكل إلكتروني كامل في ظل جائحة كورونا في العام الدراسي 2020-2021، وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن استراتيجية التلعيب عبر منصة البلاك بورد ذات فاعلية وتأثير كبير على تنمية أساليب حل المشكلات التدريسية، والاتجاه الإيجابي نحو مهنة التدريس لدى طالبات كلية التربية بجامعة حائل.

The present study focuses on investigating the effectiveness of implementing gamification strategies through the Blackboard platform in enhancing teaching problem-solving and fostering an interest in pursuing a teaching career among female students enrolled at the Faculty of Education, University of Hail. To achieve these objectives, the researcher employed the descriptive method to review existing literature and related studies and construct research tools. Subsequently, she employed one-group experimental design with pre-and-post-assessments, to assess the impact of the independent variable (gamification methods via the Blackboard platform) on two dependent variables: teaching problem-solving methods and the inclination toward the teaching profession. The tools employed for data collection encompassed a tendency test designed to measure the participants' aptitude in employing teaching problem-solving strategies and the scale of tendency towards the teaching profession. The study sample consisted of (22) female students from the Faculty of Education at the University of Hail, who studied a course (325 approaches) teaching problems, supported by gamification elements via the Blackboard platform in a fully electronic manner in light of the Corona pandemic in the academic year 2020-2021. The results indicated that the gamification strategy through the Blackboard platform is effective and has a significant impact on the development of teaching problem solving methods and develops positive tendency towards the teaching profession among female students of the Faculty of Education at the University of Hail.
