|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع دور استراتيجية التعلم المعكوس في تنمية المهارات التدريسية للطلبة المعلمين في كلية التربية بجامعة الكويت، واشتملت عينة الدراسة على (٩٣) مفردة من الطلاب المعلمين في كلية التربية بجامعة الكويت، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي كمنهج للدراسة، واستعانت بالاستبانة كأداة للدراسة وقد توصلت الباحثة للعديد من النتائج أهمها: ١. إن دور استراتيجية التعلم المعكوس في تنمية المهارات التدريسية للطلبة المعلمين في كلية التربية بجامعة الكويت جاء بدرجة استجابة متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (٢,٨٩)، وانحراف معياري بلغ (٠,٥٩٩). ٢. إن معوقات تفعيل دور استراتيجية التعلم المعكوس في تنمية المهارات التدريسية للطلبة المعلمين في كلية التربية بجامعة الكويت جاء بدرجة استجابة متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (٢,٩١)، وانحراف معياري بلغ (٠,٦٥٨). ٣. إن متطلبات تفعيل دور استراتيجية التعلم المعكوس في تنمية المهارات التدريسية للطلبة المعلمين في كلية التربية بجامعة الكويت جاء بدرجة استجابة متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (٣,٦٦)، وانحراف معياري بلغ (٠,٨٩١). وقد أوصت الدراسة بعمل دورات تدريبية لتنمية المهارات التقنية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بقسم المناهج وطرق التدريس، وتكريم الطلاب المتميزين زوي المهارات التدريسية في برامج الصف المعكوس.
|b This study aimed to identify the reality of the role of the flipped learning strategy in improving teaching skills among student teachers in the Faculty of Education at Kuwait University. The study sample included (93) participants from student teachers in the Faculty of Education at Kuwait University. The researcher used the descriptive method as an approach for the study and adopted the questionnaire as a tool for the study. The researcher concluded the following results: 1. The role of flipped learning strategy in improving teaching skills among student teachers in the Faculty of Education at Kuwait University came with a medium response, arithmetic mean (2.89), and a standard deviation (.599). 2. The challenges of activating the role of flipped learning strategy in improving teaching skills among student teachers in the Faculty of Education at Kuwait University came with a medium response, arithmetic mean (2.91), and a standard deviation (.658). 3. The requirements of activating the role of flipped learning strategy in improving teaching skills among student teachers in the Faculty of Education at Kuwait University came with a medium response, arithmetic mean (3.66), and a standard deviation (.891). The study recommended conducting training courses to improve technical skills among faculty members in the Department of Curriculum and Teaching Methods and honoring the students with distinguished teaching skills in flipped class programs.
