المستخلص: استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على الرشاقة الاستراتيجية في كليات جامعة بغداد من وجهة نظر مدراء الشعب الإدارية من جهة، واستكشاف مفهوم الرشاقة الاستراتيجية من جهة أخرى. وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وحدد مجتمع البحث بمدراء الشعب الإدارية في كليات جامعة بغداد، وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة (76) فردا بواقع (45) مدير، و(31) مديرة. ولتحقيق نتائج البحث أعدت أداة (استبانة) مكونة من (21) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات (الحساسية الاستراتيجية، الالتزام الجماعي، الاستجابة الاستراتيجية)، إذ حكمت الأداة من عدد من المتخصصين للتأكد من صدقها. المعالجة الإحصائية: بعد التطبيق الميداني لأداة البحث، فرغت المعلومات والبيانات، وحللت إحصائيا مع اعتماد التفريغ اليدوي للاستجابات المفتوحة، وقد استخدمت "SPSS" باستخدام برنامج التكرارات والمتوسطات والانحراف المعياري لتحليل النتائج. أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث: الهدف الأول: الرشاقة الاستراتيجية متحققة. إذ بلغ متوسط درجات العينة (132.212) درجة وبانحراف معياري مقداره (7.317) درجة وهو أكبر من المتوسط النظري للاستبانة البالغ (63) درجة. الهدف الثاني: 1- تبعا لمتغير الجنس: أشارت نتائج البحث إلى أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية، مما يجعل وجهات النظر متقاربة بين إجابات الذكور والإناث.

The current research aimed to identify the strategic agility in the faculties of the University of Baghdad from the point of view of the managers of the administrative divisions on the one hand, and to explore the concept of strategic agility on the other hand. The analytical descriptive approach was used, and the research community was defined as the managers of the administrative divisions in the colleges of the University of Baghdad. The study sample amounted to (76) individuals, with (45) managers and (31) female managers. To achieve the results of the research, a tool (questionnaire) consisting of (21) items was prepared distributed over three areas (strategic sensitivity, collective commitment, and strategic response), as the tool was judged by a number of specialists to ensure its validity. Statistical treatment: After the field application of the research tool, the information and data were emptied, and analyzed statistically with the adoption of manual unloading of the open responses, and "SPSS" was used using the frequencies, averages, and standard deviation program to analyze the results. The most important findings of the research: the first goal: Strategic agility has been achieved, as the average score of the sample was (132.212) degrees, with a standard deviation of (7.317) degrees, which is greater than the theoretical mean of the questionnaire of (63) degrees. The second goal: A- According to the gender variable: The results of the research indicated that there are no statistically significant differences, which makes the points of view close between the answers of males and females.
