المستخلص: تسعى الدراسة الحالية للكشف عن العلاقة بين الرضا عن التخصص ومستوى الطموح لدى طلبة الجامعة، ومدي تأثير تفاعل كل متغير الجنس: (الذكور - الإناث) والسن: ( أقل من 20 سنة ) (21-25 سنة) (أكثر من 25 سنة)، وللخوض في هذه الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي الملائم لهذا التناول، كما تم في اختبار الفرضيات الدراسة الاعتماد على الأساليب الإحصائية الآتية: معامل الارتباط بيرسون: لمعرفة العلاقة بين المتغيرين: الرضا عن التخصص ومستوى الطموح لدى طلبة الجامعة، وهذا فيما يتعلق بالفرضية الأولى للدراسة الحالية، اختبار "z" : للكشف عن دلالة الفروق بين طلبة الجامعة باختلاف الجنس: (الذكور - الإناث) والسن: (أقل من 20 سنة) (21-25 سنة) (أكبر من 25 سنة) في الارتباط بين مقياس الرضا عن التخصص ومستوى الطموح، وهذا فيما يتعلق بالفرضية الثانية والثالثة للدراسة الحالية، وتكونت عينة الدراسة الحالية من (90) طالب وطالبة من الجامعة، واختيرت عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وتم التطبيق الميداني بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة (الجزائر) ، كما تم الاعتماد في جمع البيانات على الأداتين الآتيتين: مقياس "الرضا عن التخصص" المصمم من طرف : "قنون حنان"، سنة 2018، مقياس "مستوى الطموح" المصمم من طرف : "قنون حنان"، سنة 2018، وبعدها تم استخراج الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياسين بحساب معاملات الصدق والثبات قبل تطبيقها في الدراسة الأساسية، ثم عولجت البيانات باستخدام برنامج الرزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) في نسخته الثانية والعشرون، وانتهت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين مستوى الرضا عن التخصص ومستوى الطموح لدى طلبة الجامعة، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين طلبة الجامعة باختلاف الجنس: (الذكور - الإناث) في الارتباط بين الرضا عن التخصص ومستوى الطموح)، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين طلبة الجامعة باختلاف السن: (أقل (20 سنة) (21-05 سنة) (أكثر من 25 سنة)، وقد فسرت هذه النتائج المتوصل إليها في ضوء التراث النظري والدراسات السابقة المتعلقة بموضوعي الدراسة الحالية: (الرضا عن التخصص - مستوى الطموح)، وختمت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات الموجهة الطاقم التربوي بالجامعة وطلبة الجامعة أفراد عينة الدراسة الحالية.

The current study seeks to reveal the relationship between satisfaction with the major and the level of ambition among university students, and the extent of its effect the interaction of each variable: gender: (male-female) and age: (less than 20 years) (21-25 years) (more than 25 years), and to delve into this study relied on the descriptive correlative approach appropriate to this approach, and the study hypotheses were tested. Relying on the following statistical methods: Pearson correlation coefficient: to know the relationship between the two variables: satisfaction with specialization and the level of ambition among university students, and this is in relation to the first hypothesis of the current study, the “z” test: to detect the significance of differences between university students according to gender: (male-female) and age: (less than 20 years) (21-25 years) (more than 25 years) In the correlation between the measure of satisfaction with specialization and the level of ambition, and this is in relation to the second and third hypotheses of the study The current study sample consisted of: (90) male and female students from the university, and the study sample was chosen randomly. Simple, and the field application was done at the University of Kasdi Merbah - Ouargla (Algeria), and the data collection was relied on the two tools The following two: the measure of “satisfaction with the specialization”; Designed by: “Kannon Hanan”, Year: 2018, “Level of Ambition” scale. Designed by: “Kannon Hanan”, year: 2018, after which the psychometric characteristics of the two scales were extracted by calculating validity and reliability coefficients before applying them in the main study, then the data were processed using the Statistical Packages for Science program Social: (SPSS) in its twenty-second edition, and the study concluded with the following results: There is a statistically significant correlation Between the level of satisfaction with the specialization and the level of ambition among university students, there are no statistically significant differences between students University by gender difference: (male-female) in the correlation between satisfaction with major and level of ambition), there are no differences Statistically significant among university students according to age: (less than 20 years) (05-21 years) (more than 25 years). The results reached in the light of the theoretical heritage and previous studies related to the two subjects of the current study: (satisfaction with specialization - level of ambition), and the study concluded with a set of recommendations directed to the educational staff at the university and university students The sample members of the current study.
