المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة تطبيق معلمي الاجتماعيات لمهارات التدريس في المرحلة الابتدائية لقضاء الضلوعية من وجهة نظرهم وعلاقة ذلك بالمتغيرات الديمغرافية وتحقيقاً لهدف الدراسة تم إعداد استبانة كأداة للدراسة تكونت من (28) فقرة موزعة على ستة مجالات، طبقت على عينة مكونة من (80) معلماً ومعلمة يدرسون مبحث الاجتماعيات في قضاء الضلوعية للعام الدراسي 2019-2020، وبعد تطبيق أداة الدراسة أظهرت النتائج أن درجة تطبيق معلمي الاجتماعيات لمهارات التدريس في المرحلة الابتدائية لقضاء الضلوعية من وجهة نظرهم جاءت مرتفعة، وجاء مجال (إثارة الدافعية) بالمرتبة الأولى، يليه مجال (عرض المادة الدراسية) ثم مجال (التقويم الصفي) يليه مجال (توضيح الأهداف)، ثم مجال (إدارة الصف وتنظيمه)، وأخيراً مجال (الوسائل التعليمية والأنشطة)، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر النوع الاجتماعي في درجة تطبيق معلمي الاجتماعيات لمهارات التدريس على المستوى الكلي وفي مجالات (إدارة الصف وتنظيمه، وإثارة الدافعية، والتقويم الصفي)، ولصالح المعلمات، فيما لم تكن هنالك أية فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتغيري الخبرة التدريسية والمؤهل العلمي في درجة تطبيق معلمي الاجتماعيات لمهارات التدريس على المستوى الكلي وعلى جميع المجالات، ما عدا مجال (إثارة الدافعية) في متغير الخبرة التدريسية ولصالح ذوي الخبرة (أكثر من 10 سنوات)، وفي ضوء النتائج خرجت الدراسة بتوصيات من أهمها دعوة وزارة التربية والتعليم إلى توفير مكتبة شاملة بالوسائل التعليمية في مدارس القضاء لأهميتها واعتماد التدريس الفعال عليها.

This study aimed at identifying the degree at which social studies teachers apply teaching skills in the basic stage in Al-Dhuluiya District from their perspective and the relationship of that with demographic variables. In order to achieve the study objective, the researcher developed a questionnaire that consisted of (28) items distributed to six domains and applied it to the study sample that consisted of (80) male and female teachers who teach social studies in Al-Dhuluiya District for the academic year (2019-2020). The results showed that the degree at which social studies teachers apply teaching skills in the basic stage in Al-Dhuluiya District from their perspective was high. The domain of (stimulating motivation) was in the first place, followed by (introducing the teaching material), (classroom evaluation), (demonstrating objectives), (class management and organization), and finally (activities and educational aids). The results showed that there are statistically significant differences due to the impact of gender regarding the degree at which social studies teachers apply teaching skills at the total level and in the domains of (classroom management and organization, stimulating motivation, classroom evaluation) in favor of the female teachers, while there are no statistically significant differences due to the variables of teaching experience and educational qualification the degree at which social studies teachers apply teaching skills at the total level and in all the domains except for the domain of stimulating motivation in terms of the variable of teaching experience in favor of those with experience (more than 10 years), and in light of the results, the study came out with recommendations, the most important of which is calling on the Ministry of Education to provide a comprehensive library of educational materials in the district’s schools due to their importance and the adoption of effective teaching on them.
