المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الإدارة المدرسية في حل المشكلات الناجمة عن الآزمة الراهنة من خلال إجراء مجموعة من المقابلات مع مدراء مدارس التعليم الأساسي، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (10) مدراء من محافظة اللاذقية (ريف -مدينة). وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة والكشف عن دلالة الفروق وفقا لمتغيرات البحث (المنطقة-عدد سنوات الخبرة)، حيث جرى اعتماد المنهج الوصفي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى المشكلات التي تواجهها كمدير للمدرسة هي التزايد في أعداد الطلبة، حالات العنف والعدائية، وتعد مشكلة عودة الطلبة للمدرسة بعد فترة انقطاع عنها من المشكلات الأكثر بروزا وأثرا في عمل المدرسة، وبينت الدراسة أن الاجتماعات التي تدعو إليها إدارة المدرسة لها أهمية كبيرة في إنجاح عمل المدرسة كإدارة ومدرسين، ويأتي التواصل مع أولياء الأمور في مقدمة الحلول يليه تفعيل دو المرشدين وزرع المحبة والتواصل المستمر بين الطلبة وتشجعيهم على التعاون في مقدمة الحلول لمواجه المشكلات التي تواجهها إدارة المدرسة، كما بينت أن عملية اتخاذ القرار تتطلب التشاركية وعدم التفرد بالقرار جاءت في المرتبة الأولى مما يشير إلى أهمية اعمل الجماعي ودوره في نجاح عملية اتخاذ القرار بنسبة مئوية بلغت (60%)، أما بالنسبة لفرضيات البحث فكانت النتائج على النحو الآتي: * لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين إجابات مديري المدارس بخصوص المشكلات التي تواجههم في ظل الأزمة الراهنة حسب متغير المنطقة (الريف – مدينة). * يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية بين إجابات مديري المدارس بخصوص المشكلات التي تواجههم في ظل الأزمة الراهنة حسب متغير عدد سنوات الخبرة. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة إجراء دورات تدريبية لمديري المدارس حول معنى الأزمة، وماهيتها وكيفية التعامل مع الأزمات التي تواجه عملهم كإدارة للمدرسة، وحول الأساليب الممكن اتباعها في اتخاذ القرار، والعمل على إيجاد الحلول المناسبة لمشكلتي تزايد أعداد الطلبة وانتشار حالات العنف والعدائية بين الطلبة.

This study aimed to identify the role of school administration in solving the problems arising from the current crisis by conducting a series of interviews with principals of basic education schools. The study sample consisted of (10) principals from Latakia Governorate (rural-city). In order to answer the questions of the study and reveal the significance of the differences according to the research variables (the region - the number of years of experience), where the descriptive approach was adopted, and the study reached the problems that it faces as a principal of the school, which are the increase in the number of students, cases of violence and hostility, and the problem of students returning to school after a period Disruption from it is one of the most prominent and influential problems in the school’s work, and the study showed that the meetings called by the school administration are of great importance in the success of the school’s work as management and teachers, and communication with parents comes at the forefront of solutions, followed by activating the mentors’ role and planting love and continuous communication between students and encouraging them to Cooperation is at the forefront of solutions to confront the problems faced by the school administration. It also showed that the decision-making process requires participatory and non-exclusivity in the decision came in the first place, which indicates the importance of teamwork and its role in the success of the decision making process by a percentage of (60%), as for the research hypotheses the results were as follows: • There is no statistically significant difference between the answers of school principals regarding the problems they face in light of the current crisis, according to the region's variable (rural - city). • There is a statistically significant difference between the answers of school principals regarding the problems they face in light of the current crisis, according to the variable number of years of experience. The study recommended the necessity of conducting training courses for school principals on the meaning of the crisis, what it is and how to deal with the crises facing their work as a school administration, and on the methods that can be followed in decision-making, and work to find appropriate solutions to the problems of the increasing number of students and the spread of violence and hostility among students.
