المستخلص: تعد ترجمة الأمثال الشعبية من بين الترجمات التي تطرح حزمة من المعضلات بالنسبة للمترجم نظرا لما يميزها من سيمات جمالية وما تحمله من شحنات ثقافية قد تشكل حجرة عثرة المسار الترجمي لا سيما حين يعجز المترجم عن إيجاد مكافئات لها في لغة الوصل من جهة، ويخفق في نقل بعدها الجمالي وخصوصياتها الفنية في اللغة المستهدفة من جهة أخرى وهو الأمر الذي يضع عنصر "الأمانة" على المحك. ستحاول هذه الورقة البحثية، تسليط الضوء على أهم الإشكالات التي يواجهها المترجم في نقل الأمثال الشعبية من لغة إلى لغة أخرى، كما ستتطرق إلى أهم الاستراتيجيات الترجمية المعتمدة في نقلها والتي من شأنها ضمان تحقيق شرك الأمانة لدى ترجمتها.

Popular proverbs translation ask many problems in the field of translation. This translation is very often confronted by many linguistic and cultural barriers mainly concerning the transfer of their semantic and poetic specifies in the Target language, the fact that calls the element of « Faithfulness » into question. In the present paper, we will try to highlight the different problems that face the translator during the translation of popular proverbs, we will also discuss the translation strategies adopted in their translation from the source language into the target on that can realise the notion of faithfulness.

La traduction des proverbes populaires pose une panoplie de problématiques dans le champ traductionnel ainsi ; le traducteur est confronté à beaucoup d’obstacles linguistiques et culturels notamment en ce qui a trait au transfert de leurs valeurs sémantiques et esthétiques dans la longue d’arrivée, ce qui met en question l’élément de « fidélité » en traduction. Nous allons essayer à travers le présent travail de recherche de mettre en lumière les différentes problématiques que la traduction des proverbes pose au traducteur, et nous allons aussi étudier les stratégies traductives adoptées dans le transfert des proverbes de la langue source à la langue cible susceptible de réaliser la notion de fidélité.
