المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى التوصل إلى متطلبات تحقيق التميز المؤسسي بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال في ضوء مدخل إدارة الوقت، وعرض الإطار المفاهيمي لإدارة الوقت والتميز المؤسسي بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال، ورصد واقع ممارسة إدارة الوقت وواقع التميز المؤسسي بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال، وطرح تصور مقترح لتحقيق التميز المؤسسي بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال في ضوء مدخل إدارة الوقت، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتمثلت أدوات البحث في استبانة موجهة إلى مديري ومعلمات مؤسسات رياض الأطفال بغرض الوقوف على واقع ممارسة إدارة الوقت وواقع التميز المؤسسي بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال، وسبل تحقيق التميز المؤسسي في ضوء مدخل إدارة الوقت، وتم التطبيق على عينة من مديري ومعلمات مؤسسات رياض الأطفال ببعض مراكز محافظة الشرقية بلغ عددها (415) مدير ومعلمة، وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن هناك علاقة وثيقة بين إدارة الوقت والتميز المؤسسي، فهما متلازمان، والعلاقة بينهما علاقة تلازمية طردية إيجابية، فحسن إدارة الوقت شرط أساسي لحدوث التميز المؤسسي بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال، حيث تعتبر إدارة الوقت من أهم المدخلات التي تؤثر في تحقيق التميز المؤسسي بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال، لذا فتبني إدارة مؤسسات رياض الأطفال لاستراتيجيات إدارة الوقت يسهم في تحقيق التميز المؤسسي إيمانا بأن إدارة الوقت حجر الزاوية لتحقيق التميز المؤسسي. وقد أوصى البحث بوضع دليل إرشادي على مدار العام الدراسي لمديري مؤسسات رياض الأطفال حول مهارات إدارة الوقت واستثماره لتحقيق التميز المؤسسي، وإنشاء وحدة للتميز المؤسسي بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال تتولى البحث عن سبل تحقيق التميز المؤسسي، ويتم تفويضها في اتخاذ القرارات التي تسهم في تحقيقه، مع إضافة وحدة أخرى لإدارة الوقت تتولى تفعيل استراتيجيات إدارة الوقت بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال، وتساهم في تحقيق التميز المؤسسي بالتعاون مع الوحدة الأخرى، وينبغي العمل على حشد الموارد البشرية، والبحث عن مصادر متنوعة للموارد المالية مع حسن استغلال تلك الموارد لتحقيق التميز المؤسسي، وإجراء مزيد من الأبحاث التي تتبنى مدخلات أخرى لتحقيق التميز المؤسسي بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال.

The research aims to reach the requirements for achieving organizational excellence in kindergarten institutions in the light of the time management approach, present the conceptual framework of time management and organizational excellence in kindergarten institutions, monitore the reality of time management practice and the reality of organizational excellence in kindergarten institutions, and provide a suggested proposal for achieving organizational excellence in kindergarten institutions in the light of the approach of time management. The current research used the descriptive analytical method. The researcher did a questionnaire administered to the managers and teachers of kindergarten institutions with the purpose of knowing the reality of time management practice and the reality of organizational excellence in kindergarten institutions, and ways of achieving organizational excellence in the light of the approach of time management. The sample reached (415) teachers and managers in some centers of the Sharkia Governorate. The results of the study indicated that there is a close relationship between time management and organizational excellence, they are inseparable, and the relationship between them is a positive direct correlation. Good time management is a prerequisite for organizational excellence in kindergarten institutions. Time management is considered one of the most important inputs that affect the achievement of organizational excellence in kindergarten institutions. Therefore, the adoption of the management of kindergarten institutions for time management strategies contributes to achieving organizational excellence, in the belief that time management is the cornerstone for achieving organizational excellence. The research recommended the development of a guideline throughout the school year for managers of kindergarten institutions on time management skills, and investing them to achieve organizational excellence. In addition to the establishment of an organizational excellence unit in kindergarten institutions that will search for ways to achieve organizational excellence, and be delegated to make decisions that contribute to achieving it. In addition to another unit for time management to activate time management strategies in kindergarten institutions, and contribute to achieving organizational excellence in cooperation with the other unit. Human resources should be mobilized, a variety of sources of financial resources should be sought, while making good use of those resources to achieve organizational excellence, and conducting more research that adopts other inputs to achieve organizational excellence in kindergarten institutions.
