المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى التعرف على الأسس النظرية للقيادة الريادية بالجامعة، واكتشاف الواقع النظري لممارسات القيادة الريادية لدى الأكاديميين بجامعة العريش من خلال تحليل الوثائق، واكتشاف الواقع الميداني لممارسات القيادة الريادية لدى الأكاديميين بجامعة العريش، ووضع متطلبات تطوير ممارسات القيادة الريادية لدى الأكاديميين بجامعة العريش، واستخدم البحث الحالي المنهج الوصفي. وتم التوصل إلى أن جامعة العريش تقدم خدمات أكاديمية متعددة منها ما يرتبط بالإتاحة الأكاديمية لمواطني محافظتي شمال سيناء وجنوبها في الالتحاق بالكليات والتخصصات المتنوعة والتي تدعم من فرص استكمال دراستهم الأكاديمية، وتقدم الدعم الاجتماعي والاقتصادي والبيئي للمجتمع السيناوي من خلال القوافل التصحيحية للقرى الأكثر احتياجا ودعم برنامج حياة كريمة وبعض الأنشطة المجتمعية، وتهتم القيادة الريادية بالجامعة على إنتاج الأفكار الريادية وتسويقها لاستقطاب الموارد البشرية بالجامعة، وتؤدي الممارسات الريادية للقيادات الجامعية إلى تحسين مستوى تنافسية الجامعة مع الجامعات والمؤسسات المجتمعية الأخرى في تقديم الخدمات الريادية، وتعاني جامعة العريش من قلة عدد الأكاديميين بمعظم الكليات والوحدات والمراكز وقلة الخبرة في أداء ممارسات القيادة الريادية، وقلة وجود رؤية ريادية للاستفادة من خريجي الجامعة سواء لتنمية المجتمع السيناوي أو لتطوير مشروعات الجامعة الريادية، وندرة تقديم قيادات جامعة العريش لمشروعات ريادية تتناسب مع فرص التنمية بسيناء، وقلة اهتمام قيادات جامعة العريش لإنشاء كليات ذات تخصصات تلبي الاحتياجات التنموية بسيناء مثل كليات (الصناعات الدوائية- هندسة الطاقة المتجددة- هندسة البترول والتعدين، وغيرها). وفي ضوء هذه النتائج تم تحديد متطلبات تطوير ممارسات التفكير الريادي والتي تعتمد على التفكير الاستراتيجي في تلبية احتياجات السوق المحلي من التخصصات المطلوبة بمحافظتي شمال سيناء وجنوبها والمحافظات الأخرى والسوق العربي والعالمي، وتحديد متطلبات تطوير ممارسات الرؤية الريادية للارتقاء بمخرجات الجامعة التعليمية والبحثية والمجتمعية، ووجود خريطة بحثية مستدامة تلبي حاجات المشروعات القومية والإنتاجية بمحافظتي شمال سيناء وجنوبها، وتحديد متطلبات تطوير ممارسات التنفيذ الريادي في مجال إنشاء مراكز ريادة الأعمال بكل كلية تتبع مركز ريادة الأعمال على مستوى جامعة العريش، وإنشاء حاضنات الأعمال الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والبيئية على مستوى جامعة العريش، وإتاحة منح ريادية لمواطني سيناء ودعمهم في الاستشارات والتمويل والتطوير والتسويق لمنتجاتهم، وتصميم المشروعات الريادية بجامعة العريش والإعلان عنها، وتحديد متطلبات تطوير ممارسات التطوير الريادي والذي يتضمن التطوير التنظيمي المستمر لرؤية الجامعة وغاياتها وأهدافها وأساليب العمل بها والأنظمة الداخلية والمعاملات الخارجية مع المجتمع بما يحقق رؤية الجامعة والغرض من إنشائها.

The present research aimed to identify the theoretical foundations of entrepreneurial leadership at the university, and to focus on the status of entrepreneurial leadership practices among academics at Arish University through document analysis. It also aimed to introduce a proposed conception for the requirements of developing entrepreneurial leadership practices among academics at Arish University. The current study used the descriptive approach. Results revealed that the University of Arish provides various academic services, including those related to academic availability for the citizens of the governorates of North and South Sinai to enroll in various colleges and majors, which provide opportunities to complete their academic studies, and provide social, economic and environmental support to the Sinai community through remedial campaigns to the villages most in need and support The Decent life initiative programs and some community activities. The university's entrepreneurial leaders are interested in producing entrepreneurial ideas and marketing them to support human resources in the university. The entrepreneurial practices of university leaders lead to improving the level of competitiveness of the university with other universities and community institutions in providing entrepreneurial services. Arish University suffers from the lack of academics in most colleges and units, and lack of experience in executing entrepreneurial leadership practices, and the lack of an entrepreneurial vision to benefit from the university’s graduates, whether for the development of the Sinai community or for the development of the university’s entrepreneurial projects, and the scarcity of the leaders of Arish University presenting entrepreneurial projects commensurate with the development opportunities in Sinai, and the lack of interest of the leaders of the University of Arish to establish colleges with specializations that meet the development needs in Sinai, such as the colleges of (pharmaceutical industries- Renewable Energy Engineering- Petroleum and Mining Engineering, etc.). In the light of results, the requirements for developing entrepreneurial thinking practices were identified, depending on strategic thinking in meeting the needs of the local market in terms of specializations required in the governorates of North and South Sinai, other governorates, and the Arab and international markets. Sustainable projects that meet the needs of national and productive projects in the governorates of North and South Sinai, were presented identifying the requirements for developing entrepreneurial implementation practices in the field of establishing entrepreneurship centers in each college affiliated with the Entrepreneurship Center at Al-Arish University. the study recommends setting up social, economic and environmental incubators at, and providing entrepreneurial scholarships for Sinai citizens. It also recommended supporting them in consulting, financing, developing and marketing their products, designing and advertising entrepreneurial projects at the University of Arish, and defining the requirements for developing entrepreneurial development practices, which includes continuous organizational development of the university’s vision, goals, objectives, methods of work, internal systems and external transactions with the community in order to achieve the vision of the university and the purpose of its establishment.
