المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الراهنة لفحص دور الاعتماد الدولي من قبل الجمعية الدولية لخدمات الإرشاد IACS في جودة العملية الإرشادية داخل مركز الإرشاد الجامعي بجامعة الإمام عبد الرحمن بن فيصل. وجاءت العينة الإجمالية مكونة من مجموعتين: إحداهما من الطلبة (9560)، بينما تشتمل المجموعة الثانية على فريق العمل بالمركز مكون من (6) مشرفين و(30) من المرشدين. ونظرا لتطلع مركز الإرشاد الجامعي بجامعة الإمام عبد الرحمن بن فيصل بدور الاعتماد الدولي (IACS) في جودة الخدمات الإرشادية كان لا بد من رصد جوانب القوة وإبرازها من خلال المقارنة بين مؤشرات التحسن في مرحلتي ما قبل الاعتماد وما بعده في كفاءة أداء المرشد (من خلال التدريب والإشراف والتحليل الكمي والكيفي لإنجازات المرشد السنوية)، بالإضافة إلى تقييم رضا الطلاب على الخدمات الإرشادية المقدمة (خدمات الإرشاد الفردي والورش التدريبية فضلا عن التقييم العام)، ودور برنامج الإرشاد الأكاديمي بالمركز في رفع المعدل التراكمي للطلبة المتعثرين أكاديميا قبل وبعد البرنامج الإرشادي، والإنتاج العلمي لمنسوبي المركز بين عامي 2015 و2019. بالإضافة إلى تأثير الاعتماد الدولي (IACS) على فعالية تدخلات الإرشاد النفسي لعلاج العملاء ذوي اضطرابات القلق في ضوء نموذج BASIC-ID. وأشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق بين كافة مؤشرات الأداء بين عامي 2015 و2019 لصالح مؤشرات الأداء خلال 2019، مما يبين أن هناك أثرا إيجابيا للاعتماد الدولي (IACS) على جودة الخدمات الإرشادية بجامعة الإمام عبد الرحمن بن فيصل.

The current study aimed to examine the role of the International Accreditation of International Association for Counseling Services (IACS) in ensuring the quality of counseling within the University Counseling Center (UCC) at Imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal University. The total sample consisted of two groups, one of them consisted of students (9560), while the second group included (30) UCC counselors. Based on the desire of the University Counseling Center (UCC) at Imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal University to define the role of international accreditation (IACS) in ensuring the quality of counseling services, it was necessary to monitor and highlight the strengths by comparing the indicators of improvement in the pre-accreditation and post-accreditation stages in terms of the efficiency of the counselor's performance (through training, supervision, and quantitative as well as qualitative analysis of the counselor's annual achievements) In addition to evaluating student satisfaction with the counseling services provided (individual counseling services and workshops along with general evaluation), the role of the academic counseling program at the center is to raise grade point average (GPA) of students before and after the counseling program, and increase the scientific production of the center’s employees between two years (2015 and 2019). To this is added the impact of international accreditation (IACS) on the effectiveness of psychological counseling interventions for treating clients with anxiety disorders based on the BASIC-ID model. The results indicated that there are differences between all performance indicators between 2015 and 2019 in favor of performance indicators during 2019, which indicates that there is a positive impact of international accreditation (IACS) on the quality of counseling services at Imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal University.
