|a استهدف البحث التحقق من فعالية الحائط الرقمي Padlet ذو التصميم التحفيزي ARCS في تنمية مهارات الاقتصاد المعرفي لمعلمة الطفولة المبكرة، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والمنهج شبه التجريبي ذو تصميم المجموعة التجريبية الواحدة فبلغ عددها (38) معلمة، وتم تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني لعام 2021- 2022، ولتحقيق الهدف من البحث تم تصميم هذه الأدوات التي قامت الباحثة بإعدادها وهى: قائمة بمهارات الاقتصاد المعرفي لمعلمة الطفولة المبكرة، مقياس مهارات الاقتصاد المعرفي لمعلمة الطفولة المبكرة، وبعد تحليل النتائج إحصائيا وأسفرت نتائج البحث عن فعالية استخدام الحائط الرقمي Padlet ذو التصميم التحفيزي ARCS في تنمية مهارات الاقتصاد المعرفي والمتمثلة في المهارات: (الأكاديمية- الشخصية- الرقمية) لمعلمة الطفولة المبكرة، وبناء على ذلك صيغت مجموعة من التوصيات والبحوث المقترحة.
|b The research aimed to verify the effectiveness of the digital wall Padlet with motivational design ARCS in developing the knowledge economy skills of the early childhood teacher, and the descriptive approach and the semi-experimental approach with the design of one experimental group were used, and the number reached (38) female teachers, and the training program was applied during the second semester of 2021- 2022, and to achieve the goal of the research, these tools were designed that the researcher prepared, namely: a list of knowledge economy skills for early childhood teacher, a measure of knowledge economy skills for early childhood teacher, and after analyzing the results statistically, the research results revealed the effectiveness of using the digital wall Padlet with motivational design ARCS in Developing the skills of the knowledge economy, which are represented in the skills: (academic- personal- digital) for the early childhood teacher, and accordingly a set of recommendations and proposed research were formulated.
