هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة المشكلات المهنية التي تواجه المعلم في العملية التعليمية، وقد تناولت صفات المعلم وواجباته وأدواره، ثم عرض لأهم المشكلات التي تواجه المعلم عند ممارسته لمهنة التدريس، وقد هدفت الدراسة لتحقيق الآتي:- الوقوف على أهم الصعوبات والمشكلات التي تواجه المعلم عند ممارسته لعملية التدريس. و- التعرف على برامج الإعداد في معاهد المعلمين المتوسط وكليات التربية وما تقدمه للمعلم. و- معرفة أهم الآثار الاجتماعية والاقتصادية التي تؤثر في أداء المعلم. وقد استخدم الباحث في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الذي يصف الظاهرة ويتتبعها حتى يصل إلى الغاية المنشودة. ومن أجل أن تحقق الدراسة نتائج ملموسة قام الباحثون بدراسة ميدانية، لتحديد مجتمع الدراسة وهم أعضاء هيئة التدريس بمرحلة الأساس والمرحلة الثانوية والجامعية، أما عينة الدراسة فقد تم تحديدها بطريقة عشوائية وعددها (25) يمثلون جميع المراحل التعليمية، أما الأداة المستخدمة في هذه الدراسة فهي (الاستبانة) تم تصميمها ثم تحكيمها حتى أصبحت في صورتها النهائية. والأساليب الإحصائية المستخدمة في هذه الدراسة هي:- معامل الارتباط لبيرسون، والدلالة الإحصائية، والنسبة المئوية. وخلصت الدراسة بعدة نتائج أهمها: - لا توجد فروقات شاسعة بين محاور الاستبانة لذلك تم استخدام معامل بيرسون الارتباطية. - توجد دلالة إحصائية بين معاهد المعلمين والمستوى الأكاديمي وهي علاقة جوهرية قيمتها (0.01). - توجد علاقة ارتباط طردي قوي بين المناهج الوطنية ومستوى التلاميذ وقيمته (0.8). - توجد علاقة ارتباط قوي بين كثرة التلاميذ بالفصل وعدم الانضباط وقيمته (1). - توجد علاقة ارتباط ضعيفة بين الراتب والترقية وقيمته (0.2). - ارتفاع معدلات النمو السكاني أدى إلى كثافة أعداد التلاميذ في الفصول الدراسية. - غياب الكتاب المدرسي يثقل كاهل المعلم في جمع محتوى المادة الدراسية. - يواجه المعلم خطر العنف المدرسي. - يواجه المعلم ضغوطا اجتماعية وثقافية تجاه أداء عمله. - ضعف العائد المالي للمعلمين سبب عزوف الكثير من الشباب عن هذه المهنة.
This study was conducted on the professional problems which encounter the teacher in the educational process. It dealt with the characteristics of the teacher, his duties and roles, then presented the most important problems that he faces when practicing the teaching profession. The study aims to achieve the following: It determines the most important difficulties and problems that the teacher encounters during teaching process.To know the teaching programs at higher teacher’s training schools and faculties of educations. To know the most important social and economic impacts that affect teacher’s performance. In this study the researcher used the descriptive method that describes the phenomenon and tracks it to reach the desired goal. In order to achieve tangible results, the researcher has conducted a field study, identifying the study community who are teaching staff at primary, secondary schools and university levels, while the sample of the study has been determined randomly its number (25) represents all the learning levels, while the tool used in this study is (The questionnaire) was designed and arbitrated. The statistical methods used in this study are: - Pearson correlation coefficient, statistical significance, and percentage. - The study concluded with several results, the most important of which are: -There were no significant differences between the themes of the questionnaire, so Pearson correlation coefficient was used. - There is a statistical significance between the teacher institutes and the academic level of teachers, which is a fundamental relationship (,01). -There is a strong direct correlation relationship between the national curricula and the students' level and value (,8). -There is a strong correlation between the number of students in classroom and lack of discipline and its value (1). - There is a weak correlation between salary and promotion and its value (,2). -The high rate of population growth has led to a dense student population in the classroom. -The absence of the textbook weighs on the teacher in collecting the content of the subject. - A teacher in Chad faces the threat of school violence. - A teacher in Chad faces social and cultural pressures to perform his work. - Poor financial return for teachers is the reason that many young people refrain from this profession-
