المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى الوصول إلى مهارات التعامل مع المختبرات اللازمة لتطوير الأداء المهني للمعلمين والفنيين في مختبرات الكيمياء في المدارس الثانوية بالمملكة العربية السعودية، والتعرف على المهارات الواجب إكسابها لفنيي المختبرات، وتشخيص درجة ومستوى الأداء المهني للمعلمين والفنيين في ضوء مهارات التعامل مع المختبرات ومدى مراعاتهم لها، ومعرفة أثر الدورات التدريبية على تقديراتهم لدرجة أو مستوى الأداء المهني في ضوء مهارات التعامل مع المختبرات، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وبناء على مشكلة البحث وأهدافها فإن المجتمع المستهدف هو معلمي وفنيي الكيمياء في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية (بنين – بنات) في منطقة عسير بالمملكة العربية السعودية والبالغ عددهم (164) (125) معلما ومعلمة كيمياء على التوالي. واقتصر إجراء البحث الحالي على عينة عشوائية من معلمي وفنيي الكيمياء، حيث تم اختيارها من ثلاث إدارات تعليمية تابعة لإدارة التعليم بمنطقة عسير (أبها، خميس مشيط، رجال المع) بواقع (25) معلما ومعلمة من كل إدارة تعليمية، وتطلب البحث استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لتحقيق الأهداف والإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة، من خلال استطلاع درجة ومستوى الأداء المهني للمعلمين والفنيين ومدى تفعيل المختبر في تدريس الكيمياء. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مدى فاعلية الأداء المهني في ضوء مهارات التعامل مع المختبرات من خلال الدورات التدريبية العملية وفي إطار احتياج المعلمين والفنيين لمواكبة التطور العلمي.

This study aimed to arrive at the Skills of dealing with laboratories necessary to develop the professional performance of chemistry teachers and technicians in secondary schools. Identify the techniques of dealing with laboratories to be provided to chemistry teachers and technicians. Diagnosis of the degree and level of professional performance of chemistry teachers and technicians in light of the skills of dealing with the laboratories and their observance. Access to the foundations and procedures for at the effectiveness of developing the professional performance of chemistry teachers and technicians in the light of the skills of dealing with laboratories. And to know the impact of the training courses on the estimates of the chemistry teachers and technicians to the degree or level of professional performance in light of the skills of dealing with the laboratories. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical method was used. Based on the problem of the study and its objectives, the target community for this study was the chemistry teachers and technicians in public secondary schools (boys - girls) in Asir region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the total (164) (152) male and female teachers, respectively. The current study was applied to a random sample of chemistry teachers and technicians. It was selected from three educational departments of the Education Department of Asir Region (Abha, Khamis Mushayt, and Rejal Al Ma'a) with 25 teachers from each educational department. The current study requires the use of the questionnaire as a tool to achieve the objectives and answer the study questions. The questionnaire explores the degree and level of professional performance of chemistry teachers and technicians and the extent to which the laboratory is active in the teaching of chemistry. At the end of the study, the researcher reached at the effectiveness of developing the professional performance in the light of the techniques of dealing with laboratories through practical training courses and in the context of the need of teachers and technicians to keep pace with scientific development.
