المستخلص: إن التفكير بلغة نظام الوسائط، داخل الاختراعات التكنولوجية التي تخدم التواصل، الذي يطمح إليه التعليم الحديث في كل أقطار العالم، يعني التأكيد على تقسيم العمل بين وسائط الاتصال المختلفة المتاحة في زمان ومكان محددين، أي من الطباعة إلى الحاسوب والإنترنت. ونشير إلى أن الوسائط قد يتعايش قديمها وجديدها فيتكاملان، ويمكن أن تتنافس هذه الوسائط بمختلف أنواعها ووظائفها، أو يقلد بعضها بعضا، مما يحدث نوعا من التداخل والتفاعل بينها، رغم اختلاف تواريخ وظروف استعمالها وخصوصياتها، فتشتغل في إطار الوسائط المتعددة. وأصبح ضروريا، مع التطورات التكنولوجية السريعة، ربط التغيرات في نظام الوسائط بالتغيرات في نظام المواصلات وحركة الناس والبضائع عبر المكان والزمان معا، وكلها تغيرات ستؤثر في عملية التعليم والتعلم بشكل قوي، وتدفع إلى استثمار ما لها من امتيازات في توفير الجهد والوقت والمال، إلى جانب ما تتمتع به من إمكانية في التحاور مع المتعلم الذي أصبح محور العملية التعليمية التعلمية. ولهذه المعطيات ارتأينا أن نربط هذا البحث بموضوع "التطور التكنولوجي واعتماد الوسائط في مجال التعليم والتعلم"، والذي سلكنا في دراسة منهجا استقرائيا أتاح لنا مجالا للوصف والتحليل الدقيقين لمعطياته، ومكننا من التواصل في النتائج إلى ما تتسم به التكنولوجيا من الشمولية التي فرضت علينا إدماجها في حقل التعليم بوعي وإلمام حقيقي بخصوصياتها، وأدركنا أن فعالية وسائلها وتقنياتها في تحسين عملية التعليم والتعلم، وفي تطوير المقررات والمحتويات التعليمية حتى تساير التقدم التكنولوجيا وما أحدثه من تغيرات في العقلية البشرية.

The media system, within technological inventions that serve communication, which modern education aspires to across the world, is to emphasize the division of labour among the various communication media available at a specific time and place, from printing to computer and the Internet. In this regard, we note that old and new media may coexist and may compete in different types and functions, or imitate each other, creating some kind of overlap and interaction between them, despite different dates, conditions of use and specificities, operating in multimedia. With rapid technological development, it has become necessary to link changes in the media system to changes in the transportation system and the movement of people and goods through both space and time education and learning, all of which will have a strong impact on the teaching and learning process and drive the investment of their privileges in saving effort, time and money education, as well as its potential to engage with the learner who has become the focus of the learning process. We thought that this research should be linked to the theme "Technological development and media adoption in the field of education and learning". which we have pursued in studying an extra-polatory approach that has provided us with room for accurate description and analysis of its attributes, the results have enabled us to achieve the inclusiveness of the technology that we have been forced to integrate into the field of education with awareness and real knowledge of its specificities. and we realized that the effectiveness of its means and techniques in improving the teaching and learning process, and in the development of educational curricula and content in order to keep pace with the advancement of technology and the changes it has brought about in in the human mind.
