المستخلص: هدف البحث الى تنمية مهارات تصميم وجودة إنتاج الوسائط المتعددة لدى طلاب قسم علم المعلومات وذلك من خلال التفاعل بين نوع دعامات التعلم الإلكترونية ونمط تقديمها. واستخدم البحث المنهج شبه التجريبي. وتكونت مجموعة البحث من 80 من طلاب قسم علم المعلومات بكلية العلوم الاجتماعية قسم علم المعلومات. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في الاختبار التحصيلي لقياس الجوانب المعرفية المرتبطة بمهارات تصميم وإنتاج الوسائط المتعددة وبطاقة ملاحظه وبطاقة تقييم جودة إنتاج الوسائط المتعددة. وتم تطبيق أدوات البحث قبليا وبعديا على مجموعة البحث. وتوصلت النتائج الى أن هناك تباينا في قيم المتوسطات الطرفية وقد تطلب الأمر متابعه إجراء التحليلات الإحصائية باستخدام أسلوب تحليل التباين ثنائي الاتجاه للتأكد من وجود فروق داله من عدمه. وان هناك تباينا في قيم المتوسطات الطرفية وقد تطلب الأمر متابعه إجراء التحليلات الإحصائية باستخدام أسلوب تحليل التباين ثنائي الاتجاه للتأكد من وجود فروق داله من عدمه. أوصي البحث بضرورة مراعاة مصممو برامج الكمبيوتر التعليمية مع تقديم الدعم الإلكتروني بالحد الذي يعين المتعلم على التعلم الذاتي. وضرورة الاهتمام بتصميم وإنتاج الوسائط المتعددة باعتبارها مصادر للمعلومات للاستفادة منها في مجال تخصص علم الاجتماع مع استخدام أنواع مختلفة من الدعم الإلكتروني بما يناسب خصائص المتعلمين. والاهتمام بالدعم الإلكتروني وأنماط تقديمه لتلبيه احتياجات المتعلمين ومراعاة الخصائص المعرفية للمتعلمين في ضوء أنواع الدعم الإلكتروني المستخدم. وضرورة تصميم أساليب تقديم الدعم الإلكتروني في ضوء معايير الدعم الإلكتروني القائم علي الويب.كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018

The research aimed to develop the skills of the multimedia production design and quality among the Department of Information Science students through the interaction between the type of electronic learning supports and the pattern in which they are presented. The research used a semi-experimental approach. The research group consisted of 80 students from the Department of the Information Science, the Faculty of Social Sciences, Department of Information Science. The research tools were represented in the achievement test to measure the cognitive aspects associated with the skills of the multimedia design and production, the note card and the multimedia production quality assessment card. Research tools were pre and post applied on the research group. The results showed that there was a difference in the values of the terminal averages. It was necessary to follow up the statistical analysis using the method of the bidirectional variance analysis to ensure that there are significant differences or not. The research recommended that the designers of the educational computer programs should be taken into account with the electronic support provision to the extent that the learner is assigned to self-learning. attention to the electronic support and presenting its patterns to meet the needs of learners and take into account the cognitive characteristics of learners in light of the types of the used electronic support.
