|a هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين جودة التعليم في مدارس تربية قصبة عمان وتعليمها، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (81) مديرا ومديرة لمدارس مديرية تربية قصبة عمان وتعليمها، وتم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأظهرت النتائج أن دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين جودة التعليم في مدارس تربية قصبة عمان وتعليمها جاءت بدرجة تقييم متوسطة، كما أظهرت عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في تحسين جودة التعليم في تلك المدارس يعزى لجنس المدير، وفي ضوء ذلك قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات أبرزها ضرورة عقد الدورات وورش العمل التي تهتم في توظيف الإدارة الإلكترونية لدورها في تحسين جودة التعليم من خلال تمكينهم في نشر تعليمات الإلكترونية دورية تساعد المعلمين على مبادئ جودة التعليم وأسسه وعملياته.
|b The study aims to identify the role of electronic administration in improving the quality of education in schools of Directorate of Education for the Qasaba Amman district. The study sample consisted of 81 principals in schools of the Kasbah Directorate in Amman. The study sample was selected by the stratified random method, and the study adopted the descriptive analytical method. The study results revealed that the electronic administration in improving the quality of education in the schools in the Kasbah Amman district came with a medium evaluation degree. It also showed that there are no significant differences in the role of electronic administration in improving the quality of education attributed to the variable of the principal gender. In light of this, the study reached a set of recommendations included the need to hold courses and workshops that are concerned with employing electronic management for its role in improving the quality of education and publish periodic electronic instructions that empower teachers to employ the principles, foundations and operations of quality education.
