المستخلص: Our study aims to reveal the strengths and weaknesses of the University's current website design, in order to provide practical suggestions to help increase quality. This descriptive analytical study is based on a case study, using two tools: an electronic questionnaire (850 individuals, consciously selected), and an interview with (03) of web designers, Both tools are based on the criteria of ergonomic design of web sites, we found some positive points for the site, compared to many negative points, which allowed us to formulate an appropriate ergonomic recommendation for the design of the university web site.
