المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أهم معوقات الاتصال الإداري المؤثرة على الأداء الوظيفي للعاملين بالإدارة الرياضية، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وتضمنت عينة البحث (37 عامل) في مديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية بجاية، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية، كما تم استخدام الاستبيان من أجل الحصول على البيانات التطبيقية، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث: أهم المعوقات التنظيمية التي تؤثر على الأداء هي عدم توضيح الهيكل التنظيمي لخطوط السلطة والإشراف، وأهم المعوقات الشخصية التي تؤثر على الأداء هي تباين المستوى الثقافي والإدراكي لدى العاملين، أما أهم الوسائل التي تتبعها الإدارة للتغلب على معوقات الاتصال الإداري فتتمثل في إلحاق العاملين بالمديرية بدورات تدريبية.

The study aimed at identifying the most important obstacles of administrative communication affecting the job performance of sports administration staff, the researcher used the descriptive method, the sample included (37 workers) in the Directorate of Youth and Sports of the wilaya of Bejaia, selected randomly, and the questionnaire was used to obtain the applied data, the most important findings of the researcher: The most important administrative obstacles that affect performance are the lack of clarification of the organizational structure of the lines of authority and supervision, and the most important personal impediments that affect performance are the varying cultural level and perception of employees, The most important means used by the administration to overcome the obstacles of administrative communication is to bring employees to the directorate training courses.

L'étude visait à identifier les obstacles les plus importants de la communication administrative affectant l’efficacité du travail des employés au sein l’administration sportive, le chercheur a utilisé la méthode descriptive, l'échantillon de recherche inclus (37 travailleurs) au sein la Direction de la Jeunesse et des Sports de la wilaya de Bejaia, et qui ont étés sélectionnés au hasard, et le chercheur a utilisé le questionnaire pour obtenir les données appliquées, les résultats les plus importants atteints par le chercheur sont: Les obstacles administratifs les plus importants qui affectent la performance sont le manque de clarification de la structure organisationnelle des lignes d'autorité et de supervision, les obstacles personnels les plus importants qui affectent les performances sont les différences de niveau culturel et de perception des employés, et le moyen le plus important utilisé par l’administration pour surmonter les obstacles de la communication administrative étant d’inscrire les employés à la direction à des cours de formation.
