المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى قياس فاعلية توظيف الرسوم المتحركة القائمة على نظرية تريز في تنمية مهارات الحاسب الآلي لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة عقليا القابلين للتعلم بمحافظة جدة، واعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي والمنهج شبه التجريبي، وتكونت عينة البحث من مجموعة تجريبية واحدة من (15) طالبة من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة عقليا القابلين للتعلم بالمتوسطة الثامنة والثمانين للدمج بجدة، وتم تدريسهم وحدة الحاسب الآلي من كتاب التربية الفكرية بواسطة الرسوم المتحركة القائمة على نظرية تريز، وتكونت أدوات البحث من اختبار تحصيلي مصور لقياس الجانب المعرفي لمهارات الحاسب الآلي، وبطاقة ملاحظة لقياس الجانب المهاري لمهارات الحاسب الآلي، وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطي رتب درجات أفراد العينة في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي في الاختبار التحصيلي المصور لتنمية مهارات الحاسب الآلي لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة عقليا القابلين للتعلم لصالح التطبيق البعدي، ويوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطي رتب درجات أفراد العينة في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي لبطاقة الملاحظة لتنمية مهارات الحاسب الآلي لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة عقليا القابلين للتعلم لصالح التطبيق البعدي، وفي ضوء نتائج البحث أوصت الباحثة بعدد من التوصيات منها: ضرورة توظيف الرسوم المتحركة في مقررات ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة عقليا، وعقد ورش عمل ودورات تدريبية لمعلمات التربية الخاصة لتصميم وإنتاج الرسوم المتحركة واستخدامها كوسيلة للتدريس، وضرورة وجود فريق عمل لتصميم وإنتاج الرسوم المتحركة وفق المعايير التربوية والفنية لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة عقليا.

The current research aimed to measure the effectiveness of employing animation based on TRIZ theory in developing computer skills for people with mental disabilities who are able to learn, in Jeddah. The researcher relied on the descriptive and quasi-experimental approach, and the research sample consisted of one experimental group of (15) female students with mental disabilities who are able to learn at the eighty-eighth intermediate school for integration in Jeddah, They were taught the computer unit from the Intellectual Education book by animation based on TRIZ theory , The research tools consisted of an illustrated cumulative test to measure the cognitive aspect of computer skills, and an observation card to measure the skill aspect of computer skills. The results of the research announced the existence of a significant statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of the sample members in the pre and post application. In the cumulative illustrated test for the development of computer skills for people with mental disabilities who are able to learn, in favor of the post application, and there is a statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of the sample members in the pre and post application of the observation card for the development of computer skills for people with mental disabilities who are able to learn in favor of the post application. In light of the results of the research, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations, including: the necessity of employing animation in the curricula of people with mental disabilities, holding workshops and training courses for special education teachers to design and produce animation and using it as a means of teaching, and the need for a work team to design and produce animation in accordance with educational standards.
