|a أولا: هدف البحث: يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على الواقع الفعلي للأنشطة اللوجيستية التسويقية بالاتحاد المصري لرفع الأثقال باستخدام تحليل sowt؟ ثانيا: تساؤلات البحث: - ما لواقع الفعلي للأنشطة اللوجيستية التسويقية بالاتحاد المصري لرفع الأثقال باستخدام تحليل sowt؟ استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لمناسبته لطبيعة الدراسة، وشمل مجتمع البحث مجتمع البحث في خبراء الإدارة الرياضية والتسويق ورفع الأثقال وأعضاء مجلس إدارة الإتحاد المصري لرفع الأثقال وأعضاء اللجان الفنية للاتحاد المصري لرفع الأثقال والأفرع التابعة له ولاعبين وحكام وإداريين ومدربين رفع الأثقال، وبلغ عدد حجم مجتمع البحث (۱۱۳۱) فرد، قام الباحث باختيار عينة البحث من خبراء في الإدارة الرياضية والتسويق ورفع الأثقال وأعضاء مجلس إدارة الإتحاد المصري لرفع الأثقال واللجان الفرعية بالطريقة العمدية بينما اختيار الباحث بالنسبة للمستفيدين اللاعبين- المدربين- الحكام- الإداريين (بالطريقة العشوائية بحيث تكون ممثلة لمجتمع البحث وكانت من أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث لا يوجد بالاتحاد إدارة للرد على استفسارات وشكاوي المستفيدين لا يدرس مجلس إدارة الإتحاد في اجتماعاته احتياجات ورغبات المستفيدين. ولا يعلن الإتحاد عن بطولاته ومسابقاتة بواسطة وسائل إعلامية مقروءة أو مسموعة أو مرئية.
|b First: Research objective -The research aims to identify the actual reality of the logistical marketing activities of the Egyptian Weightlifting Federation using sowt analysis? Second: Research questions: What are the actual locations of the logistical marketing activities of the Egyptian Weightlifting Federation using the sowt analysis? The researcher used the descriptive approach to his suitability of the nature of the study, and the research community included the research community in experts of sports management, marketing and weightlifting, members of the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Weightlifting Federation and members of the technical committees of the Egyptian Weightlifting Federation and its subsidiaries, players, referees, administrators, and weightlifters, and the number of the size of the research community (1131) Individual, the researcher selected the research sample from experts in sports management, marketing and weightlifting and the members of the Egyptian Federation of Weightlifting and Sub-committees in the intentional way, while the researcher chose for the beneficiaries (players- coaches)- Rulers- administrators) in a random manner so that it is representative of the research community and was one of the most important results that the researcher reached. There is no management in the federation to respond to the inquiries and complaints of the beneficiaries. The federation's board of directors does not study in the meetings of the needs and desires of the beneficiaries. The federation does not announce its champions and competitions through the media.
