|a يلعب الوكيل الرياضي دور الوساطة الرياضية باسم ونيابة عن أحد الأطراف المتعاقدة بهدف إبرام عقد رياضي. وقد قام المشرع الرياضي بتنظيم بعض أحكامه المحددة. العقد المبرم بين أحد طرفي العقد الرياضي والوكيل ملزم للطرفين، يوافق الوكيل على التصرف باسم ونيابة عن موكله مقابل أجر.
|b The sports agent plays the role of sports mediation in the name and on behalf of one of the contracting parties with the aim of concluding a sports contract. The sports legislator has regulated some of its specific provisions. The contract concluded between one of the parties to the sports contract and the agent is binding on both parties, the agent agreeing to act in the name and on behalf of his principal in return for remuneration.
|d L'agent sportif joue le rôle de médiation sportif au nom et pour le compte d'une des parties contractantes dans le but de conclure un contrat sportif. Le législateur sportif a réglementé certaines de ses dispositions particulières. Le contrat conclu entre l'une des parties au contrat sportif et l'agent est contraignant pour les deux parties, l'agent s'engageant à agir au nom et pour le compte de son mandant moyennant rémunération.
