المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على المعايير المهنية اللازمة لمعلمي العلوم الشرعية في المدارس الأهلية بمدينة الرياض، والتعرف على أبرز الاختلافات الجوهرية بين المدارس الأهلية في تقويم أداء معلمي العلوم الشرعية، إبراز أهم المقترحات لتحسين أداء معلمي العلوم الشرعية في المدارس الأهلية بمدينة الرياض، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات. يتكون مجتمع الدراسة الحالية من جميع مديري ومشرفي العلوم الشرعية في المدارس الأهلية في منطقة الرياض بالمملكة العربية السعودية، بالمدارس المتوسطة والثانوية فقط، وقد بلغ عددهم (277) مديرا ومشرفا، حيث بلغت عينة الدراسة (37) مشرفا ومديرا تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية. وأشارت النتائج إلى أن استجابة أفراد الدراسة حول مستوى أداء معلمي العلوم الشرعية في المدارس الأهلية وفق معايير معلمي العلوم الشرعية بعد السمات الشخصية جاءت بدرجة موافقة تشير إلى (عالية) بمتوسط حسابي (3.73)، وأن استجابة أفراد الدراسة جاءت تشير إلى عالية حول التمكن من مادة التخصص بمتوسط حسابي (3.60)، وأن استجابة أفراد الدراسة جاءت تشير إلى عالية حول التخطيط والتنفيذ في التدريس بمتوسط حسابي (3.41)، وأن (86.5%) من أفراد الدراسة قالوا: إن الأطراف المشاركة في عملية تقويم أداء معلم العلوم الشرعية مدير المدرسة، وإن (37.8%) من أفراد الدراسة قالوا: إن الأدوات المستخدمة في تقويم أداء معلمي العلوم الشرعية هي سجل الأداء الوظيفي للمعلم، ملف الإنجاز. وفي ضوء النتائج تم تقديم عدة توصيات منها: تقديم دورات علمية في مجال العقيدة بشكل دوري بهدف رفع مستوى معلمي العلوم الشرعية في كيفية الاستدلال بالأدلة العقلية والنقلية، العمل على تدريب معلمي العلوم الشرعية على تنمية مهارات التعامل مع الأحاديث الشريفة من حيث تخريج الحديث واستنباط الفوائد منه، عقد الدورات والندوات لمعلمي العلوم الشرعية في توظيف الاتجاهات الحديثة في أساليب واستراتيجيات تدريس العلوم الشرعية.

The study aimed to identify the necessary professional standards for teachers of Islamic studies located in private schools in Riyadh, and to identify the most significant differences between private schools in evaluating the performance of Islamic studies teachers, highlighting the most important proposals to improve the performance of Islamic studies teachers in private schools in Riyadh. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, and the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The population of the current study consists of all principals and supervisors of Islamic studies in private schools in the Riyadh region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in intermediate and secondary schools only, and they numbered (277) principals and supervisors, as the study sample reached (37) supervisors and principals who were chosen randomly. The results indicated that the response of the study individuals about the level of performance of the Islamic studies teachers in private schools according to the standards of the Islamic studies teachers for the personal characteristics dimension came with a degree of agreement indicating (high) with an arithmetic mean of (3.73), and that the response of the study individuals came to indicate high about the mastery of a specialization subject with an arithmetic mean of (3.60), and that the response of the study individuals indicated a high level of planning and implementation in teaching with an arithmetic mean of (3.41), and that (86.5%) of the study individuals said: The parties participating in the process of evaluating the performance of the Islamic studies teachers are the school principals, and that (37.8%) of the study individuals said: The tools used in evaluating the performance of Islamic studies teachers are the teacher's job performance record and the achievement file. In the light of the results, several recommendations were made, including: Providing scientific courses in the field of creed on a regular basis, aiming to raising the level of Islamic studies teachers in “How to reason with mental and textual evidence? ", and training Islamic studies teachers to develop the skills of dealing with the noble hadiths in terms of extracting the hadith and deriving benefits from it Holding courses and seminars for Islamic studies teachers in employing modern trends in the methods and strategies of teaching Islamic studies.
