هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أداء معلمي العلوم ببعض مدارس الحلقة الإعدادية بسوهاج في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة لأداء المعلم ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لاستخلاص قائمة بمعايير الجودة الشاملة الواجب توافرها في أداء معلمي العلوم بالمرحلة الإعدادية كما تم إعداد بطاقة ملاحظة لأداء معلمي العلوم بالمرحلة الإعدادية في ضوء هذه المعايير. وطبقت أداة الدراسة على عينة من معلمي العلوم بالمرحلة الإعدادية بسوهاج وقد بلغت العينة ثمانية معلمين وأربع مدارس بواقع معلمين لكل مدرسه. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى ضعف أداء معلمي العلوم عينة الدراسة حيث كان أداؤهم أقل من المتوسط وهذا يعبر عن أداء منخفض. وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة قدمت بعض التوصيات التالية: • تدريب معلمي العلوم وبشكل دوري على التمكن من أداء المهارات الخاصة بتدريس العلوم في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة، ويمكن الاستعانة ببطاقة الملاحظة لقياس الأداء. • تزويد معلمي العلوم بالطرق والوسائل الحديثة التي يمكن من خلالها تحسين الأداء في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة. • التقويم الدوري لأداء معلمي العلوم في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة. • تضمين برامج إعداد معلمي العلوم في كليات التربية مهارات خاصة بتدريسها في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة.
This study aimed at identifying the performance of the science teachers at some preparatory stage schools in Sohag in light of the comprehensive quality standards of teacher's performance. To achieve the objectives of the study the descriptive analytical method as used to derive a list of criteria that must be exhibited in the performance of the preparatory stage science teachers, an observation list of the performance of the preparatory stage science teachers was also prepared in the light of these criteria The tool of the study was administered to a sample of science teachers at some preparatory stage schools in Sohag. The sample was eight teachers and four schools; two teachers at each school. The study revealed weakness in the performance of the sample of the study, where their performance was less than the average and this indicates low performance Based on the results of the study, the following recommendations were presented: • Training the science Teachers regularly on the mastery of performance skills to teach science in the light of the comprehensive quality standards, and observation list can be used to measure performance. • Providing science teachers with modern methods and tools with which they can improve their performance in light of the comprehensive quality standards. • Continuous Evaluation of the performance of science teachers in the light of the comprehensive quality standards • Implementing special skills in the programs of preparing science teachers in the colleges of education that can be taught in the light of the comprehensive quality standards.
