|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مساهمة القيادة الاستراتيجية في إرساء الثقافة التنظيمية، وذلك من خلال استقصاء آراء المبحوثين في بنك التنمية المحلية - بسكرة -، وشمل مجتمع الدراسة كل إطارات البنك. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أنه هناك ارتباط قوي بين القيادة الاستراتيجية بأبعادها الثلاثة (التوجه الاستراتيجي، الممارسات الأخلاقية، الرقابة الاستراتيجية) وبين الثقافة التنظيمية في البنك محل الدراسة. كما أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود مساهمة كبيرة ذو دلالة إحصائية بين الممارسات الأخلاقية والثقافة التنظيمية، وهذا راجع إلى أن قائد البنك يعمل بكل شفافية عند تنفيذ المهام من اجل تطوير البنك.
|b The study aimed to identify the contribution of the strategic leadership to the establisment of the organizational culture, by surveying the opinions of the respondents in the Local Development Bank - Biskra -, and the study population included all the bank's executives. The study concluded that there is a strong correlation between strategic leadership in its three dimensions (strategic direction, ethical practices, strategic control) and the organizational culture in the bank under study. The results of the study also indicated that there is a large statistically significant contribution between ethical practices and organizational culture, and this is due to the fact that the bank leader works with full transparency when carrying out tasks in order to develop the bank.
