المستخلص: French for specifics objectives (FOS) arouses a great deal of interest among didacticians, thereby seeking to meet the needs and expectations of a specific public whose numbers are constantly increasing throughout the world, for economic as well as professional reasons. Indeed, making the headlines of many meetings, research works and so many articles devoted to it, it is very popular and is adopted in different fields of study, in particular the law sector. Through our present research, we attempt to observe and evaluate a FOS program which was designed and intended specifically for law students at the end of their university graduation course at the University of Abou Bekr Belkaid – Tlemcen- Algeria, and this through a formative evaluation based on regular monitoring of learning, aimed at improving learning, then a summative evaluation in order to make a point in relation to the shortcomings observed.

Le français sur objectifs spécifiques (FOS) suscite beaucoup d’intérêt chez les didacticiens, cherchant par là à répondre aux besoins et aux attentes d’un public spécifique dont l’effectif ne cesse de s’accroitre de par le monde, ceci pour des raisons aussi bien économiques que professionnelles. En effet, faisant la une de nombreuses rencontres, de travaux de recherche et de tant d’articles qui lui sont consacrés, il est très en vogue et est adopté dans différents domaines d’études notamment la filière de droit. A travers notre présente recherche, nous tentons d’observer et d’évaluer un programme de FOS qui a été conçu et destiné spécialement aux étudiants de droit en fin de cursus universitaire de la graduation à l’université Abou Bekr Belkaid – Tlemcen- Algérie, et ce à travers une évaluation formative basée sur un suivi régulier des apprentissages, visant l’amélioration des apprentissages puis une évaluation sommative afin de faire une mise au point par rapport aux insuffisances constatées.
