المستخلص: يتناول هذا المقال تحسين دورة تعليم اللغة الفرنسية، في الوضع المختلط المخصص للطلاب "المعربين" الموجهين في السنة الأولى من الصفوف التحضيرية للمدرسة العليا للتكنولوجيا الصناعية والذين يواجهون صعوبات في متابعة تدريبهم المقدم باللغة الفرنسية. تشير البيانات التي تم جمعها عن طريق المسح والملاحظة إلى أن الطلاب لديهم احتياجات لغوية تواصلية ومنهجية باللغة الفرنسية؛ بالإضافة إلى التعزيز اللغوي الكبير. وقد فضل أكثر من نصف الذين شملهم الاستطلاع تدريس اللغة الفرنسية وجها لوجه. تظهر النتائج أيضا أن الجمع المتناغم بين عناصر التدريس المباشر وجها لوجه وعن بعد، يمكن للدورة المختلطة الاستفادة من نقاط القوة في كل وضع، وبالتالي تقديم تعليم/ تعلم غني ومرن مع الأخذ في الاعتبار تنوع الاحتياجات وتحقيق أقصى قدر من فعالية التعليم.

This article deals with the optimization of a French language course of instruction, in hybrid mode, intended for “Arabized” students in the first year of the preparatory classes of the ESTI. The data collected by the survey and observation indicate that students have serious communicative and methodological language needs in French. More than half of those questioned preferred face-to-face. The results also show that by harmoniously combining face-to-face and remote FOS teaching elements, a hybrid course can take advantage of the strengths of each mode, thus offering rich and flexible teaching/learning, taking into account the variety of needs and maximizing educational effectiveness.

Cet article traite de l’optimisation d’un cours de français, langue de formation, en mode hybride destiné aux étudiants «arabisés» orientés en première année des classes préparatoires de l’ESTI. Les données recueillies par sondage et observation directe de classe, indiquent que les étudiants ont des besoins langagiers sérieux d’ordre communicatif et méthodologique en français, et plus de la moitié qui préfère le mode présentiel. Les résultats montrent également, qu’en combinant avec harmonie, des éléments d’enseignement de FOS en présentiel et en distanciel, un cours hybride peut tirer parti des forces de chaque mode offrant ainsi un enseignement riche et flexible en tenant compte de la variété des besoins et en maximisant l’efficacité pédagogique.
