المستخلص: Interaction in the design studio is the most significant process in architectural education. This interaction is done on two interconnected levels: between students and their teachers, and among students themselves. The quality of this interaction is essential for creativity in design. Several factors, such as the teaching style and studio environment, influence this interaction. This quantitative study examines the relationship between interaction and creativity and was conducted on a sample of the five academic years of the architecture program at the Hashemite University to investigate the impact of interaction on creativity. The study draws a strong correlation between interaction and creativity and allocates the available learning resources that support this interaction. To develop interaction in the design studio, the study recommends transforming the design studio into an interactive and friendly learning environment and suggests modifying the architectural teaching methodologies to support the interactive communication capabilities of students and teachers.
