المستخلص: تقوم الدراسة الحالية على ثلاثة خطابات للرئيس المصري أنور السادات ألا وهي: خطاب الرئيس السادات في الذكرى الرابعة والعشرين لثورة يوليو في ٢٢ يوليو ١٩٧٦، خطاب الرئيس السادات في افتتاح الدورة الأولى لمجلس الشعب الجديد في 11 نوفمبر ١٩٧٦. ثم يلي ذلك دراسة الخطاب الذي ألقاه السادات في الكنيست الإسرائيلي في ٢١ نوفمبر ۱۹۷۷. ومن جانب آخر، تستند الدراسة الحالية على نظرية العالم بيتر نيومارك التي تقوم على التمييز بين الترجمة التواصلية والترجمة الدلالية حيث يوجد توافق بينها وبين النظرية التأويلية التابعة للمدرسة العليا للمترجمين بباريس إذ يركزان على المعطيات المعرفية للنص أكثر من اللغوية. ولهذا السبب قمنا بتقسيم الدراسة إلى مقدمة، وأربعة أجزاء تركز على هذا الهدف، ثم الخاتمة التي سنعرض فيها النتائج التي توصلنا إليها.

La présente étude concerne trois prises de paroles d’El-Sadate dont la première est intitulée «Discours du président Anouar El Sadate à l’occasion de la célébration du XXIVème anniversaire de la Révolution du 23 juillet 1952 (Le Caire, le 22 Juillet 1976)». La deuxième a pour titre: «Discours du président Anouar El Sadate à la séance inaugurale de la première session de l’Assemblée du Peuple (Le 14 Novembre 1976)». Et enfin, la troisième est «Le discours de la Knesset (Le 21 Novembre 1977)». Sur un autre plan, la présente étude s’appuie sur la théorie de Peter Newmark qui se fonde sur la distinction entre la traduction sémantique et la traduction communicative. Par conséquent, cette étude fait le pont entre la théorie interprétative dépendant de l’E.S.I.T et celle de Peter Newmark, puisque les deux accordent la prédominance aux données cognitives au détriment des linguistiques. Par la suite, nous diviserons notre recherche en une introduction, quatre parties et une conclusion où nous passerons en revue les résultats de notre recherche.

The current study is based on three speeches by Egyptian President Anwar Sadat: President Sadat's speech on the twenty-fourth anniversary of the July Revolution on July 22, 1976, and President Sadat's speech at the opening of the first session of the new People's Assembly on November 11, 1976. This is followed by a study of the speech that Sadat delivered in the Israeli Knesset on November 21, 1977. On the other hand, the current study is based on the theory of scientist Peter Newmark, which distinguishes between communicative translation and semantic translation. There is agreement between Newmark's theory and the interpretive theory of the Higher School of Translators in Paris, as both focus more on the cognitive data of the text than on linguistic aspects. For this reason, we divided the study into an introduction, four parts focusing on this goal, and then a conclusion where we will present our findings. This abstract was translated by AlMandumah Inc.
