The aim of the research was to assess the role of e-learning ; as a tool of academic studies Whether the organisation is a university, a school or a company, e-learning is a technique that has many advantages for both trainers and learners. Obviously, we d`ont have enough distance as concerns the e-learning efficiency given the very short period of study First, e-learning training is adaptable to needs. for exemple , Virtual classes, lasting up to 2 hours, bring together small groups of online (distance) learners with a trainer. These virtual classes are most often used to punctuate other remote work (start of work, corrections, questions/answers with the trainer, etc.to facilitate the appropriation of content without mobilizing the face-to-face. |
