المستخلص: هدف البحث التعرف إلى المشكلات التي تواجه المرشد النفسي من وجهة نظره في مرحلة التعليم الأساسي في المدارس الحكومية ببلدية مصراتة، إضافة إلى الكشف على الفروق في المشكلات تبعا لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة للمرشد، واستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحقيق أهداف البحث، واشتملت عينة البحث (98) مرشدا ومرشدة، تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية، وتم تطوير استبيان المشكلات التي تواجه المرشد النفسي، حيث بلغ عدد فقرات الاستبيان (24) فقرة تمثل ثلاثة محاور رئيسية هي (محور الإعداد والتدريب، ومحور الإدارة والهيئة التدريسية، ومحور ظروف العمل للمرشدين) بعد أن تم التأكد من دلالات صدقه وثباته، وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن المشكلات المتعلقة بظروف العمل للمرشدين هي من أهم المشكلات التي تواجه المرشد النفسي، وتليها مشكلات الإعداد والتدريب ثم المشكلات المتعلقة بالإدارة والهيئة التدريسية، كما توصلت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) في المشكلات التي تواجه المرشد النفسي تعزى إلى متغيري المؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة للمرشد.

The aim of the research is to identify the problems facing the psychological counselor from his point of view in the stage of basic education in government schools in Misurata, in addition to revealing the differences in the problems according to the variables of academic qualification, years of experience of the counselor, and the use of the descriptive analytical approach to achieve the objectives of the research, and the research sample included (98) male and female counsellors, counsellors, which were chosen randomly, and a questionnaire was developed for the problems facing the psychological counselor, where the number of the questionnaire’s paragraphs reached (24) paragraphs representing three main axes: (the axis of preparation and training, the axis of The management and the teaching staff, and the work conditions axis for counselors) after confirming the indications of its sincerity and stability, and the results concluded that the problems related to the working conditions of counselors are among the most important problems facing the psychological counselor, followed by the problems of preparation and training, and then the problems related to the administration and the teaching staff, and the results also reached there are no statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) in the problems facing the psychological counselor due to the variables of academic qualification and years of experience of the counsellor.
