هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على اتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية جامعة نيالا نحو استخدام نظم المعلومات في عمليات التدريس. تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في صعوبة الحصول على المعلومات الإدارية والاتصال الإداري عبر وحدات العمل في كلية التربية بالجامعة، تحاول هذه الدراسة الوقوف على تلك الصعوبات وبيان مدى تأثيرها في إيجاد نظام معلومات بالكلية، ونبعت أهمية الدراسة من أهمية موضوع نظم المعلومات في المؤسسات التعليمية خاصة الجامعات. لغرض هذه الدراسة استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي استنادا إلى منهج دراسة الحالة والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولجمع المعلومات والبيانات اعتمد الباحثون على أداة الملاحظة بالإضافة إلى الاستبانة التي وزعت على عينة قصدية لعدد (ثلاثون) من أعضاء مجتمع الدراسة المتمثل في أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية بجامعة نيالا بولاية جنوب دارفور، السودان. ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة: أن استخدام نظم المعلومات التربوية يساعد في توفير المعلومات الإدارية الضرورية واسترجاعها عند اتخاذ القرارات في كلية التربية- جامعة نيالا. إن المختبرات العلمية ومباني الحاسوب والإنترنت غير متوفرة وغير كافية لتطبيق نظم المعلومات بكلية التربية- جامعة نيالا. ولا تتوافر بالكلية قاعدة بيانات ومعلومات للطلاب واللازمة لتشغيل وتطبيق نظم المعلومات التربوية. وتقدم الباحثون في الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات أهمها: على إدارة كلية التربية الاهتمام بتعزيز اتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالكلية نحو استخدام تقنية المعلومات والاتصالات بنشر الوعي المعلوماتي ومهاراته بينهم والحث على التدريب والتعلم المستمر بما يمكنهم من مواكبة المتغيرات المستمرة في المجال خاصة في جانب نظم المعلومات. العمل على تطوير البني التحتية المتعلقة بتوفير نظم المعلومات التي تسهم في إتاحة مصادر المعرفة المتنوعة في شكل رقمي مع توفير الربط الشبكي الذي يمكن من الوصول إلى تلك المصادر للمساهمة في تطوير خدمة البحث العلمي بالكلية. العمل على بناء قاعدة بيانات ونظام معلومات يسهم في بناء أرشيف ومستودع رقمي لإدارة وحفظ ملفات وبيانات الطلاب والعاملين بكلية التربية- جامعة نيالا بالإضافة إلى المحتوى الخاص بالكلية سواء كان مناهج ومقررات أو تقارير أكاديمية وإدارية.
This study aimed to identify the attitudes of faculty members at the Faculty of Education, Nyala University, towards the use of information systems in teaching processes. The problem of the study was the difficulty of obtaining administrative information and administrative communication through work units in the College of Education at the university. This study attempts to identify these difficulties and indicate the extent of their impact on creating an information system in the faculty. The importance of the study stemmed from the importance of the subject of information systems in educational institutions, especially universities. For the purpose of this study, the researchers used the descriptive approach based on the case study approach and the analytical approach, and to collect information and data, the researchers relied on the observation tool in addition to the questionnaire that was distributed to an intentional sample of (thirty) members of the study community represented by faculty members at the Faculty of Education at Nyala University in the state of South Darfur, Sudan. Among the most important results of the study:- The use of educational information systems helps in providing and retrieving the necessary administrative information when making decisions in the Faculty of Education- University of Nyala.- Scientific laboratories, computer buildings and the Internet are not available and insufficient to implement information systems at the Faculty of Education- University of Nyala.- The college does not have a database and information for students necessary for the operation and application of educational information systems. In the study, the researchers made a number of recommendations, including: The administration of the College of Education should pay attention to strengthening the faculty members’ attitudes towards the use of information and communication technology by spreading information awareness and skills among them and urging continuous training and learning to enable them to keep pace with the continuous changes in the field, especially in the aspect of information systems. Work on developing the infrastructure related to the provision of information systems that contribute to the availability of various sources of knowledge in digital form, while providing the networking that enables access to these sources to contribute to the development of the scientific research service in the college. Work on building a database and an information system that contributes to building an archive and digital repository to manage and preserve the files and data of students and workers at the Faculty of Education- Nyala University, in addition to the faculty’s content, whether it is curricula and courses or academic and administrative reports.
