المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع تحسين نمط الأشراف التربوي في ضوء عمليات التعليم والتعلم بمدارس المملكة العربية السعودية، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (۲۲۲) معلما وهيئة إدارية (مدير/ وكيل) وتمثلت أداة البحث في استبانة مكونة من محورين رئيسيين تضمنت واقع تطبيق نمط الأشراف (التشاركي- الإبداعي) في ضوء عمليات التعليم والتعلم، وبعد التحقق من صدق وثبات الاستبانة، تم التوصل إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن الوزن النسبي لفقرات المحور الأول من محاور الاستبانة المتعلقة بواقع تطبيق نمط الأشراف التشاركي في ضوء عمليات التعليم والتعلم، جاءت ما بين (4.1532- 3.5857) أي بدرجة كبيرة، وفي المحور الثاني الإشراف الإبداعي جاءت ما بين (4.1216- 3.2613) أي بدرجة كبيرة وبدرجة متوسطة، كما أثبتت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة البحث تعزي لمتغير طبيعة الوظيفة لصالح المعلمين، وعدم وجود فروق ترجع إلى متغير الخبرة التعليمية، ووجود فروق بين استجابات أفراد العينة تعزى لمتغير المرحلة التعليمية وفي ضوء تلك النتائج قدم البحث العديد من التوصيات والمقترحات أهمها تدريب المشرفين التربويين على المهارات المختلفة مثل مهارات البحث الإجرائي، وتحديد حاجات المعلمين، وكيفية تحليل أعمال الطلاب وكيفية تنمية العمل الجماعي التشاركي.

The aim of the current research is to reveal the reality of improving the educational supervision system in the light of the teaching and learning processes, and to achieve the research objectives, the descriptive survey method was used, and the research sample consisted of (222) teachers and administrative staff (principal/ agent) of a school, and the research tool was a questionnaire consisting of Two main axes included the reality of applying the (participatory-creative) supervision system in the light of the teaching and learning processes, and after verifying the validity and stability of the questionnaire, several results were reached, the most important of which is that the relative weight of the paragraphs of the first axis of the questionnaire axes related to the reality of the application of the participatory supervision system in the light of the education processes And learning, came between (4.1532-3.5857), that is, to a large degree, and in the second axis creative supervision came between (4.1216-3.2613), that is, to a large and medium degree. In favor of the teachers, and the absence of differences due to the variable of educational experience, and the presence of differences between the responses of the sample members due to the variable of the educational stage, and in the light of these results, the research presented many recommendations and proposals, the most important of which is training educational supervisors on various skills such as procedural research skills, identifying the needs of teachers, and how to Analyzing student work, and how to develop participatory teamwork.
