|a هدفت الدراسة تعرف واقع استخدام نظام المعلومات الإلكترونية "نور"، وتعرف واقع اتخاذ القرار في إدارة التعليم في محافظة الخرج من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين. وتعرف دور نظام المعلومات الإلكترونية "نور" في اتخاذ القرار لدى إدارة التعليم في محافظة الخرج من وجهة نظر المشرفين التربويين. والكشف عن الفروق بين استجابات أفراد العينة حول دور نظام المعلومات الإلكترونية "نور" في اتخاذ القرار في إدارة التعليم بمحافظة الخرج تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة (سنوات الخبرة، الدورات التدريبية في المجال التقني). استخدمت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي المسحي الارتباطي، وتكون المجتمع من (300) مشرف ومشرفة تربوية. وقد بلغت العينة (169) مشرفا ومشرفة تربوية، وتم استخدام الاستبانة أداة للدارسة. وتكونت أساليب المعالجة الإحصائية للدراسة من: الإحصاء الوصفي: التكرارات، والنسب المئوية، والمتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية. والإحصاء الاستدلالي: تحليل التباين الأحادي، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون، ومعامل ألفا كرونباخ. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، من أهمها: أن أفراد عينة الدراسة موافقون بدرجة (فعال) على فاعلية استخدام نظام المعلومات الإلكتروني "نور" في إدارات التعليم بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.97 من 5.00). وأن أفراد عينة الدراسة موافقون بدرجة (فعال) على فاعلية واقع اتخاذ القرار في إدارات التعليم بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.54 من 5.00). وأن أفراد عينة الدراسة موافقون بدرجة (فعال) على فاعلية دور نظام المعلومات الإلكتروني "نور" في اتخاذ القرار لدى إدارات التعليم بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.65 من 5.00). كما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق في اتجاهات العينة حول (واقع استخدام نظام المعلومات الإلكتروني "نور" في إدارات التعليم، واقع اتخاذ القرار في إدارات التعليم، دور نظام المعلومات الإلكتروني "نور" في اتخاذ القرار لدى إدارات التعليم) باختلاف متغيرات الدراسة (سنوات الخبرة، الدورات التدريبية في المجال التقني).
|b This study aimed to identify the reality of using the electronic information system "Noor", the reality of decision-making in the Department of Education in the province of Kharj from the point of view of educational supervisors, and the role of the electronic information system "Noor" in the decision-making of the Department of Education in the province of Al Kharj from the point of view of educational supervisors. It also aimed to identify the statistical differences between study samples' responses to the role of the Noor electronic information system in the decision-making in the education department in Al-Kharj governorate were attributed to the variables of the study (years of experience, training courses in the technical field). The researcher applied the escriptive and survey approach had been used. The community consisted of (300) male and female educational supervisors. The sample reached (169) supervisors. The questionnaire was used as the study tool. The statistical processing of the study consisted of the following descriptive statistics: Repetitions, Percentages, Arithmetic averages, Standard deviations, Inferential statistic, One- way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient and Cronbach's alpha. The study reached a number of results; the most important of which were that the study sample agreement was at a level of (effective) on the effectiveness of using the electronic information system "Noor" in the departments of education with an average of (3.97 / 5.00). The study sample agreement was at a level of (effective) on the effectiveness of the reality of decision-making in the departments of education with an average of (3.54 / 5.00). The study sample agreement was at a level of (effective) on the effectiveness of the role of the electronic information system "Noor" in the decision-making of the education departments with an average of (3.65 / 5.00). There were no statistical differences of the study sample’s responses on (the reality of the use of the electronic information system "Noor" in the departments of education, the reality of decision-making in the education departments, the role of the electronic information system "Noor" in the decision-making of the departments of education) related to the variables of (years of experience, training courses in the technical field).
