المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة تقديم تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحسين أداء أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية في مصر، واعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وذلك من خلال تعرف الأسس النظرية للذكاء الاصطناعي، وملامح تحسين أداء أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية، وتم إعداد استبانة لتعرف واقع دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحسين أداء أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية ومعوقات استخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وتم تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة قوامها (266) عضواً من أعضاء هيئة تدريس كليات التربية (أستاذ/ أستاذ مساعد/ مدرس) وذلك بكليات التربية (جامعة أسيوط - جامعة بني سويف - جامعة المنصورة)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى آليات تفعيل دور الذكاء الاصطناعي على مستوي البيئة التنظيمية والإدارية لكليات التربية عن طريق التعاون مع خبراء ومتخصصين لعقد مؤتمرات وندوات وورش عمل عن موضوعات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وآليات تفعيل دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في تحسين أداء عضو هيئة التدريس في مجال التدريس عن طريق تنويع طرق التدريس التي يستخدمها عضو هيئة التدريس مع طلابه، بما يدعم التفاعل الإيجابي معهم خلال المحاضرات والندوات وورش العمل حول الذكاء الاصطناعي، وفي مجال البحث العلمي عن طريق الإفادة من تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تنمية قدرات البحث العلمي لدى عضو هيئة التدريس، وفي مجال خدمة المجتمع عن طريق مشاركة عضو هيئة التدريس في تنظيم حملات توعوية عن أخلاقيات الذكاء الاصطناعي.

The study sough to put forward a proposal for activating role of the artificial intelligence in improving role of the faculty members in faculties of education in Egypt. It utilized the analytical descriptive approach, and identified the theoretical foundations of artificial intelligence, as well as features of improving the faculty members' performance in the faculties of education. A questionnaire was constructed the aim of identifying reality of the role of artificial intelligence in improving the performance of faculty members in the faculties of education, and the obstacles to the use of artificial intelligence applications. The questionnaire was administered a sample of (266) members of the teaching staff of the faculties of education (professor /assistant professor / lecturer) in the faculties of education (Assuit University - Beni Suef University - Mansoura University). The study came to mechanisms for activating the role of artificial intelligence at the organizational and administrative environment levels in faculties of education through cooperation with experts and specialists for holding conferences, seminars and workshops on the artificial intelligence topics, as well as mechanisms of activating the role of artificial intelligence in improving the performance of a faculty member in the field of teaching. In addition, the study results affirmed that role of artificial intelligence can be activated through varying the teaching methods in use by the teaching staff with their students, in a way that boosts the positive interaction with them during the lectures, the seminars, and the workshops which revolve around the artificial intelligence. Moreover, the study results asserted that artificial intelligence can be of much significance in the scientific research field, via benefitting from artificial intelligence applications in developing the scientific research potentials of the teaching staff members, and in the community service field through participation of the teaching staff members in organizing awareness campaigns around the artificial intelligence ethics.
