|a هدف البحث الحالي إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير أداء مديري مدارس المرحلة الإعدادية باستخدام مدخل الرشاقة التنظيمية، وإلقاء الضوء على واقع أداء مديري المدارس بمصر كما حددتها الأدبيات التربوية للوصول إلى تصور مقترح لاستخدام مدخل الرشاقة التنظيمية في تطوير أداء مديري المدارس، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي وجاءت الدراسة الحالية محاولة لوضع تصور مقترح يسهم في تطوير تطبيق مدخل الرشاقة التنظيمية في مدارس التعليم الإعدادي بمصر لتطوير وزيادة سرعة الأداء التنظيمي من خلال تطوير أداء العمليات في المؤسسة، وتقييم الأنشطة وتطوير الكفاءة التنظيمية، وتحقيق الاستقرار التنظيمي، وزيادة قدرة وسرعة المؤسسة في الاستجابة لاحتياجات المستفيدين، وتحقيق التعاون والتكامل بين الأفراد العاملين بالمؤسسة بحيث يعملون في فرق عمل متكاملة تتحمل المسئولية، وتشارك في الإنجاز، وكذلك ممارسة الوظائف الإدارية المختلفة علي مجموعة العمل من المعلمين والعاملين الآخرين في المدرسة، واستثمار كافة الإمكانات والموارد البشرية والمادية المتاحة لتحقيق أهداف المدرسة. وبالتالي التقدم السريع نحو تحقيق الأهداف.
|b The aim of the current research is to identify how to use the Organizational agility approach in developing school principals, and to identify the intellectual foundations for the agility approach in educational institutions, and to shed light on the reality of school principals in Egypt as defined by the educational literature to reach a perception of the agility approach in the development of school principals, and the researcher used the descriptive approach .The current study was an attempt to develop suggested recommendations that contribute to the development of the application of the organizational agility approach in public education schools in Egypt to develop and increase the speed of organizational performance by developing the performance of operations in the institution, evaluating activities and developing organizational efficiency, achieving organizational stability, and increasing the ability and speed of the institution in responding to the needs of beneficiaries ,Increasing the capacity and speed of the institution in responding to the needs of the beneficiaries, and achieving cooperation and integration among the individuals working in the institution so that they work in integrated work teams that bear responsibility and participate in the achievement, as well as the exercise of various administrative functions on the work group of teachers and other workers in the school, and invest all capabilities and human and material resources available to achieve the goals of the school. Hence rapid progress towards achieving the aims.
