المستخلص: تعد الميزة التنافسية أداة داعمة لآليات التنافس الدولي والوطني حيث تشير إلى القدرة على الابتكارية والإبداعية والأسبقية الرائدة في تجويد الإنتاجيات المؤسسية ولا يأتي ذلك إلا من خلال استغلال الجامعة لمصادر القوة بالإضافة لابتكارها آليات واستراتيجيات إدارية ذات علاقة بتحسين الأداء المهني بما يحقق لها التميز والأسبقية القيادية عن نظيرتها الوطنية والدولية والإقليمية، وتشكل الصحة التنظيمية أحد الاتجاهات الإدارية الحديثة التي ترتكز على المناخ السائد في المؤسسة، وعلى البيئة والفرد معاً ولكى تكون المؤسسة صحية فلابد من تحقيق وظائفها متكاملة، فالمنظمة المتمتعة بالصحة يقاس نجاحها باستمراريتها وقدرتها على تحقيق الأهداف وتفاعلها مع البيئة الخارجية وإنجاز المهام الموكلة إليها لذلك يحاول البحث الحالي الإجابة عن السؤال الرئيس التالي: ما آليات تحسين القدرة التنافسية لجامعة الفيوم على ضوء مدخل الصحة التنظيمية؟، ويمكن تحديد أهداف البحث في أنه يسعى إلى التعرف على الإطار النظري للصحة التنظيمية في الجامعات في الأدبيات الإدارية والتربوية المعاصرة، التعرف على الإطار النظري للميزة التنافسية في الجامعات في الأدبيات الإدارية والتربوية المعاصرة، الكشف عن واقع ممارسة أبعاد الصحة التنظيمية في جامعة الفيوم من وجهة نظر عينة البحث الوقوف على الجهود الراهنة لجامعة الفيوم في تحسين الميزة التنافسية من وجهة نظر عينة البحث، كذلك التعرف على دور الصحة التنظيمية في تحسين الميزة التنافسية لجامعة الفيوم من وجهة نظر عينة البحث، واعتمد البحث على منهج دراسة الحالة والذي يقوم على دراسة مرحلة معينة من تاريخ الوحدة أو المؤسسة وعلى جمع البيانات المتعلقة بها (وقد تم اختيار جامعة الفيوم لتطبيق الدراسة الميدانية عليها) وذلك بغرض فهم الواقع والوصول إلى تعميميات علمية بغرض وضع آليات مقترحة لتحسين الميزة التنافسية لجامعة الفيوم على ضوء ممارسة أبعاد الصحة التنظيمية.

The competitive advantage is a supportive tool for the mechanisms of international and national competition, as it refers to the ability to be innovative, creative, and the leading precedence in improving institutional productions. Organizational health is one of the modern administrative trends that are based on the prevailing climate in the institution, and on the environment and the individual together. In order for the institution to be healthy, it must achieve its integrated functions. Therefore, the current research attempts to answer the following main question: What are the mechanisms for improving the competitiveness of Fayoum University in the light of the organizational health approach? And the objectives of the research can be identified in that it seeks to identify the theoretical framework of organizational health in universities in the contemporary administrative and educational literature, to identify the theoretical framework for competitive advantage in universities in the contemporary administrative and educational literature, to reveal the reality of the practice of the dimensions of organizational health in Fayoum University from the point of view of The research sample, standing on the current efforts of Fayoum University in improving the competitive advantage from the point of view of the research sample, as well as identifying the role of organizational health in improving the competitive advantage of Fayoum University from the point of view of the research sample, and the research relied on the case study approach, which is based on studying a specific stage of The history of the unit or institution and the collection of data related to it (Fayoum University was chosen to apply the field study to it) in order to understand the reality and reach scientific generalizations for the purpose of developing proposed mechanisms to improve the competitive advantage of Fayoum University in the light of the practice of the dimensions of organizational health..
