المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى تحقيق التميز التنافسي بالمدارس الخاصة بمحافظة سوهاج في ضوء مدخل القيادة الريادية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة التي بلغت (400) من مديري ووكلاء ومعلمي المدارس الخاصة بمحافظة سوهاج من خلال (12) مدرسة خاصة تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية. وتمثلت أهم نتائج الدراسة فيما يلي: * إن المدارس الخاصة تواجه منافسة حادة في المجتمع وفي سوق التعليم لذلك فهي بحاجة إلى قيادة ريادية لبناء مؤسسة تعليمية رائدة تستطيع تقديم خدمات تعليمية متميزة وفريدة لطلابها لا تستطيع المدارس الأخرى تقديمها أو حتى تقليدها مما يحقق لها استباقية وتنافسية. * القصور في تبني مداخل جديدة لتطوير الأداء الإداري للقيادات الإدارية كمدخل القيادة الريادية بالمدارس الخاصة بمحافظة سوهاج. * جمود اللوائح والقوانين المدرسية مما يعوق عمليات تطوير الأداء الإداري للقيادات الإدارية بالمدارس الخاصة في ضوء مدخل القيادة الريادية. * ضعف امتلاك القيادات التكيف والاستجابة السريعة للتطورات والتغيرات البيئية المستمرة لتيسير الأعمال، والافتقار مع التعامل مع متغيرات العصر، وقوة التأثير في الأخرين. * قصور إدارة المدرسة في تأهيل الموارد البشرية الموجودة بها وفي تحديد معايير تقيم أدائهم.

The study aimed to achieve competitive excellence in private schools in Sohag Governorate in the light of the pioneering leadership approach, and To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data from the study sample, which amounted to (400) principals, agents, and teachers of private schools in Sohag Governorate. Through (12) private schools that were chosen randomly. the most important results of the study were as follows: - Private schools face intense competition in society and in the education market. Therefore, they need pioneering leadership to build a pioneering educational institution that can provide distinguished and unique educational services to its students that other schools cannot provide or even imitate, which achieves a proactive and competitive advantage. - The shortcomings in adopting new approaches to develop the administrative performance of the administrative leaders, such as the pioneering leadership approach in the private schools in Sohag Governorate. - The stagnation of school regulations and laws, which impedes the development of the administrative performance of the administrative leaders in private schools in the light of the pioneering leadership approach. - Poor ability of leaders to adapt and respond quickly to developments and continuous environmental changes to facilitate business, lack of dealing with the changes of the times, and the power of influence on others. - The failure of the school administration in qualifying the human resources in it and in defining criteria for evaluating their performance.
