المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي بصفة رئيسة إلى دراسة مدى إدراك ربات الأسر للمرونة المعرفية بمحاورها الثلاثة (المرونة في التفكير، المرونة في التعامل، المرونة الأسرية) وعلاقته بقدراتهن على إدارة الأزمات الأسرية بمحاورها الخمسة (المرحلة التحذيرية- إدراك الأزمة- الاستعداد للأزمة- مواجهة الأزمة- تقييم الأزمة) في ظل التعايش مع كوفيد 19. وقد تكونت عينة البحث من (190) ربة أسرة (تم اختيارهن بطريقة صدفية غرضية عن طريق العلاقات الأسرية والعملية للباحثة) ممن يقيمن بمحافظتي القاهرة والشرقية، ومن مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية مختلفة، عاملات وغير عاملات، متزوجات ولديهن أبناء، وطبقت عليهن أدوات البحث المتمثلة في (استمارة البيانات العامة، استبيان إدراك ربات الأسر للمرونة المعرفية في ظل التعايش مع كوفيد 19، استبيان قدرة ربات الأسر على إدارة الأزمات الأسرية في ظل التعايش مع كوفيد 19). واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأسفرت نتائج البحث عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) في إدراك ربات الأسر عينة البحث للمرونة المعرفية ككل تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة لصالح ربات الأسر غير العاملات، واللاتي لم يمر على زواجهن 10 سنوات، ومن ذوات المستويات التعليمية المرتفعة والدخل الشهري الأسري المرتفع، كما تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) بين ربات الأسر عينة البحث في قدراتهن على إدارة الأزمات الأسرية ككل تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة لصالح ربات الأسر غير العاملات واللاتي مر على زواجهن مدة أطول، ومن ذوات المستويات التعليمية الأعلى، والدخل الشهري الأسري المرتفع، كذلك اتضح وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.01، 0.05) بين إدراك ربات الأسر عينة البحث للمرونة المعرفية بمحاورها الثلاثة (المرونة في التفكير، المرونة في التعامل، المرونة الأسرية) وككل وقدراتهن على إدارة الأزمات الأسرية بمحاورها الخمسة (المرحلة التحذيرية- إدراك الأزمة- الاستعداد للأزمة- مواجهة الأزمة- تقييم الأزمة) وككل، كما اتضح أن المستوى التعليمي لربة الأسرة كان أكثر وأهم المتغيرات تأثيرا في تفسير التباين في إدراك ربات الأسر عينة البحث للمرونة المعرفية، وأيضا في قدراتهن على إدارة الأزمات الأسرية. وأوصت الباحثة بعقد ندوات ومحاضرات تثقيفية ودورات تدريبية وبرامج لإكساب ربات الأسر المرونة المعرفية وذلك لبناء أسر متماسكة قادرة على إدارة الأزمات الأسرية وكيفية التغلب عليه خصوصا في ظل التعايش مع كوفيد 19.

The current research aims mainly to study the extent to which the heads of families perceive the cognitive flexibility in its axes (flexibility in thinking, flexibility in dealing, family flexibility) and its relationship to their abilities to manage family crises with its five axes (the warning stage- awareness of the crisis- preparing for the crisis- facing the crisis- assessing the crisis) Living with covid 19. The research sample consisted of (190) female heads of household (they were chosen in a purposive way through the family and practical relationships of the researcher) who reside in the governorates of Cairo and Sharqia, and from different social and economic levels, working and nonworking, married with children, and the research tools were applied to them represented in ( General data form, survey of female heads of household’s awareness of cognitive flexibility in light of coexistence with Covid 19, survey of female heads of household’s ability to manage family crises in light of coexistence with Covid 19). The research followed the descriptive analytical approach, and the results of the research resulted in the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.01) in the perception of female heads of households of the research sample of cognitive flexibility as a whole according to the study variables in favor of non-working female heads of families, who have been married for a shorter period, and those with educational levels High and high family monthly income, as it was found that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.01) between the heads of households in the research sample in their abilities to manage family crises as a whole according to the studyvariables in favor of non-working female heads of families who have been married for a longer period, and those with educational levels higher, higher monthly household income, It was also clear that there was a positive, statistically significant correlation at the level of significance (0.05, 0.01) between the research sample’s female heads of household’s awareness of cognitive flexibility with its three axes (flexibility in thinking, flexibility in dealing, family flexibility) and as a whole, and their abilities to manage family crises with its five axes (the warning stage- Awareness of the crisis- preparing for the crisis- facing the crisis- assessing the crisis) and as a whole, as it became clear that the educational level of the head of the family was the most and the most important variable in explaining the variation in the perception of female heads of households of the research sample of cognitive flexibility, And also for their abilities to manage family crises. The researcher recommended holding seminars, educational lectures, training courses and programs to provide heads of families with cognitive flexibility in order to build cohesive families capable of managing family crises and how to overcome them, especially in light of coexistence with Covid 19.
